Ball's in your Court - how do you want to go about it? I could literally give you a Speech made by Zephy, Bullet Points like you asked, or you can come up with something whole cloth and I'll apply a bunch of Bonuses too it due to the Speech!

I'll come up with something of my own (wohoo, bonuses!), just need a bit of time to find proper words and actually draft it out (the genral idea of what to say is already there!)
