[Game Thread] Lord Windos’ PokeRole Adventure 2: The Wild Lands

(Hmmm... I have a rough idea of what request to make, but I'll need to give it some thought first before deciding on it. That Luxury Ball sounds perfect for that Umbrelong indeed! At the soonest opportunity (aka not right now), we'll transfer Equi/Nox/Equinox (all nicknames are valid) from her Pokeball to that commerative Luxury Ball. Bonus points for memorizing this Foxy Event and that Festival this way!)

Once you collect your loving audience's praise and adulations you bustle/glide off the stage and to a bunch of politicians and organizers that were equally thrilled as said audience, all of them sporting proud and impressed grins of open admiration and several literally jumping with joy! One man - the very same that greeted you - came forward, offering to shake your hand and with tears beading in his eyes.

Ah well, more honey words and praise, the audiences cheer and various thanks is sweet, oh-so-sweet~ music to our ears, even if it nearly blew our ear-drums (a discrete spell to block out noise does wonders). Heck, Bernhard cannot help but to display a tiny smile and even smaller blush, feeling proud and pleased with himself; as well as his magical Pokemon-partners for lending him their power to make this GREAT.

Bernhard would shake the official's hand (with the NON-gauntlet'ed one on his end), and give them a slight bow of respect. "Oh, my pleasure and honour actually~ *embarassed and highly-flattered stroking of hair out of face* Thank YOU for giving me the opportunity of opening things up on this grande day - and a special thank you for your rewards. Much appreciated indeed! I shall...come back to that request of yours, if you allow me to. I shall not make it unfulfillable on your end, no worries, haha~" *very mild laughter - a sign of Bern being in HIGH spirits!*

...About time for the stoic Magus to fully indulge in the ongoing festival, wohoooo!~ Yes he's in a good mood actually, pleased with himself by that great perfomance and honour, and a tiiiiny lil' bit looking forward to what the day will bring. Let's, uhm, hope Lady Luck and Miss Fortune will be benelovent towards him.

There's still some time until Morgana is said to come to join him for an outing, so... Ah damn, the more time passes, the more nervous AND excited Bernhard gets.

On his way to the Sutalor Department Building Mega Store, he'll stop by a candy booth and and buy several festival-themed sweets (as many as he can carry in one go), and share them with all of his Pokemon (Zephy getting the lion's share, with Bern second). I'd guess the Mythic as well as smol Spritzee would absolutely love cotton candy, which is also known as fairy floss! It's basically pure sugar, but let's ignore that aspect for now and simply enjoy it. "No, Zephy, you cannot have a third portion, you already are on a sugar high dear-me feels."

Out of sheer curiosity, how does that fortune teller Vernon visited react to Bernhard, an OBVIOUS SCIMITAR, walking by his tent? No, we're not planning to stay there and have our fortune told, Bernhard would just walk by, stop, take a step back and take a closer look, like 'Huh, is that someone from Chreshire??' No hard feelings or harm meant from Bernhard though towards 'em, he's just like 'meh, what are you doing here? But... live and let live, I guess, I will not do anything to you unless you mean harm to me first'




Minor Encounter is next: It's shopping time for Bernhard!!~ Oh, he's going to love this, having been sort a short on cash before his speech.

First up, straight into the Department Building Mega Store he goes, intending to sell ONE unit of that Kitsune Crimson Rope (reminder of the effect of this Item here, emphasis on 'Prize: Unknown, but High'). One unit we'll keep for ourselves, one is sold. What we'll also try to sell is some units of Veil Color, maybe towards a shop that sells art supplies? How much money will Bernhard get for one unit, as that depends how many units I'll sell?

With that done and our pockets full of cash again, to the TM Shop we'll go - the very same we've held our performance with Nirix on Day 2. The shop owner reserved the TM of Swords Dance for me for 7500$Poke, so now we'll buy it with a pleased (and mildly morbid) smile, hehe. "That move will indeed come in very handy, you have my utter gratitude for holding your words. Pleasure to make business with you indeed~"
