Gloomtail will get that message that he'll have to earn that Draco meteor through respect, but he can have it once he is ready.

That gets a surge of [ G r u m p i n e s s ] and [ I N D I G N A T I O N ] , but seeing as He's trapped in the Ultra Ball until Freed he can't really do anything but just grumble at how unfair it was. Considering how they came under your lead, though, and such sentiments fall flatter than a Stunkfish . In other words, no brownie points with the BGD for being Reasonably Cautious!
