The Officials are fine with Holding the request, though they want to get it done ASAP. Both to settle debts quickly and because the thought of you not getting what you're worth ASAP seems to be a mortifying thought to them!

Oh, in that case Bernhard changes his mind and we'll drop the request sooner than later:

He wishes for his shaky reputation at the docks to be cleared, and to being able to explore there freely without distrust from the people there. Because yes I still intend to find the Black Market there at some point of the campaign and shop parts of Pokemon and sell questionable goods - but straight up telling the government that he wants to be taken there is proooobably not the best idea.

Does that sound reasonable and possible? If not, I have an alt idea that's perhaps sorta lame, but highly useful later on.

*Rolls* ....Once more you are spared any excitement, despite drawing Fate's attention on ye. Haven't I told you guys not to tempt Fate?

I like tempting fate, as much as a bad idea it probably is~


Not having access to my charasheet nor my written notes at the moment, so I'll note down the earnes money and purchases later on. There are a few more things I want to buy indeed (making use of the sweet 20% discount~) but let's hear whether my request to the government is possible in the first place or whether it's the alt idea since one kinda depends on the result of the other.

You find a letter in you hand soon after your shopping trip is down. It simply read this: "Meet me yonder, as I ponder and wander, at the park I meet you and your own here and there. Eagerly and dearly awaiting, Morgana."

Now the REAL show begins - set the stage however you like, and I'll do the rest.

That letter causes Bernhard's humble heart to almost skip a beat, and with the most quick and graceful moves (perhaps making use of Cyan Surge indeed here?) he makes his way to the park... You do not keep a lady waiting after all, not in his books.

And there she was indeed... Morgana, his secret and forbidden yet truthful darling and sweetheart. His angel~, if you wish.

She receives a deep and bow of respect as a greeting, before Bern would gently take her dainty hand into his and give its back an ever-soft kiss - and then straight up pulls her into hug! A long and tender one, one that he would probably want to hold on forever if he only could. "Oh Morgana..... My dearest and fey lady...~♡"

".....Please excuse dear-me, though I have indeed been missing you. Been worried and concered for you indeed. My heart and mind were LONGING for you, more so when it should not be allowed to - but who am I wanting to put love of all things in chains and behind bars."

He breaks the hug eventually (but keeps her close), and gifts her a tender smile as he carefully strokes her cheeck with his natural hand. "There are indeed so many things I desire to ask and inquire about with you, but THAT is neither here nor now. Let's reserve THIS for a more private~♡ time and setting, now shall we not, if you are...fine with having dear me over with your beautiful~ self once night falls.....~" *tender smile intensifies*

"Do tell me thus though: How are you, after the prior two days have been so very...VEXXING on your end...?"

The officials looked at each other, confused at your request at first before realizing you may have gotten up to some trouble there, and frowned before looking back at you with a small degree of hesitation.

You're swiftly given an answer about this Request: Yes, they could...but they're uncertain if their aid would be of any use to you in this regard without knowing more details as to why your in the outs with that section of the city. If it was a Legal Dispute then your reputation and status as a Scimitar would have probably sufficed to keep you in the clear in all but the most extreme of cases, which would be rather worrisome for obvious reasons. If it was the opposite of Legal then not only would the officials be putting themselves in a potential Bide trying to solve the matter, but having the backing of the government would likely make the greyer or blacker parts of the Docks even less likely to trust you. If it was something else altogether then it was likely the sort of Strange mess Sutalor likes to throw the City and it would take quite a bit of time to untangle and deal with whatever happened properly.

Point is, the government could help your with this Request, but how useful it'll actually is highly variable based on what you're willing to share and want out of it. A crapshoot, in other words.

Honestly, they expected you request some fantastical Item for your Magic Studies or Use, or a Pokemon they had a hard time getting, not....politics related matters, ironically enough. Funny how it worked out like that...

Concerning your TMs, all transactions Completed, Cha-Ching! GREATLY increased odds of Winning Big in the Sweepstakes! As for the matter of a Happy Lox being less of a cuddle bug, from what Zephy has said it seems that would only encourage said behavior and make it more likely to give Public Displays of Affection. At least Zephy is more than willing to handle them/her if they get too....Frisky.

And be Morgana's guest, for you find her sitting on the big rock in her signature style, staring up into the sky, seemingly lost in thought and .... tired.  Not overly so, but by the slight slump in her posture and the faint air of weariness and....sadness and frustration.....you could tell she has not exactly had the best time lately. 

So much so that she didn't even notice your presence until you surprised hugged her, causing her to let out a unladylike 'EH?' and nearly getting piled drived into the ground as she gripped you with SUPREME FORCE and prepared to give you a nice SLAM before blinking as she recognized you.

"Bernard, my dearest and devilish delight? Don't scare me, startled and spook me so, oh no! Fear what could be done, in panic or wrung, to you my beloved...."

She swiftly returned your hug, inviting you into her embrace as she cherished your closeness.

"Oh it is so good and wonderful to see you, my beau and best man."

She listened as you waxed on, frowning a bit and...cringing (VERY unusual) as you allude and then directly asked what has been Bothering Her lately.

".....Can we speak of other matters, please? Much as I love to indulge your curiousity in me.....in this case I believe it would only cause.....complications if you knew even  a shred about it."

....Aaaaand she's talking like a normal person. That ain't good. Oh dear....
