We'll swap to Munchlax, who will also Stockpile a bunch before going out. Munchlax will then use Metronome to get a Spectacle that's up to the Storyteller's discretion! Will it be something whimsical Munchlax dreams up on purpose? Will it be COMPLETELY RANDOM? Will it be something based on the environment? Will it be something magical or fate-related? Will it be something Stockpile related? Will it be something criminal? xD

If it's something a bit more random, part of Munchlax's orders will be to react to the Metronome's effects in an impressive way, and Vernon will try to make it clear to the judges that the act is entirely improvised. (I do think Vernon sometimes uses Metronome for his own entertainment).
If the effects of Metronome cause something on the terrain, Munchlax will react by tap dancing comically on it in his Heavy Duty Boots that make him immune to the effects of the terrain.

Vernon is thinking Metronome could be the key to never being predictable.

....You really want to leave things to Fate's whims, Lady Luck's fancy, and Miss Fortune's amusement? When the Fortune Teller all but confirmed you're now a literal Fortune Magnet and Amplifier? Especially with how erratic your own Luck has been ever since you've 'arrived' in Sutalor? And in a situation that is all but begging for wacky and disasterous hijinks - its in the name Spectacle.

Fully Stocked with ENERGY aplenty, your adorable and ever glutenous lil' bear begins to rhythmically dance in a long, wide circle, doing  a twirling, hopping sort of dance as they *stomped* and *clapped*  in a hypnotic, discordant, and, dare you say it, infernal beat. They then stopped in front of you, facing the judges, and threw out their arms with a fierce cry of "MU MUCHLAX!!!"

A pitch black circular hole in reality appeared at that very moment.

Which edge's ignited with sulfurous flames, and its inky depths flared with Light -




- And out came a demon straight from ^%*#$%@$&&@$#@

The judges, already at the edge of their seats, froze stiff.

The audience, sparse as it was since this was a Bronze Event, went silent.

The other competitors, before and after, paled and clutched their hearts.

For, one and all, they recognized what it was.

But not you or Munchlax, for such a Mon was hardly ever spoken of back home or even that much in the wide world.

The demon looked around at Its surroundings, blinking at such a public place They had been Summoned, before their attention was caught as your bottomless pit of hunger waved at It excitedly, completely oblivious to what they Summoned.

Once gotten Munchlax bowed and greeted it, admirably following your instructions to Improve and Wing Attack it. Blinking some more, the demon's expression shifted from confusion, surprise, and then....bemusement as It leaned down to tiny creature that had Called Them Forth  from %$&^%@&^%#$@*(# 

Munchlax proceed to chatter some more, before holding out its arms with a biiiig, wide, and adorably derpy smile!

The demon stared for a moment, at the sheer audacity of the tiny babe before It and the incredulousness of the situation sinking in....before tilting Their head back and laughed.

A remarkably human laughed. 

Or rather, distinctly different from a regular Mon's, distinctly holding its own discordant, chaotic tone, yet distinctly matching the typical laughs most human beings had.

It was unnerving.

It was fascinating.

It was right/wrong.

Then, the Demon looked at you and smiled.

It Spoke.
Without Words.
Without Sound.

Yet you could Hear/Feel/Resonate with it all the same.

Amusing.
Interesting.
Willing.

Deal.

Fate.
Owed.

Trade.

Transformation.

Transportation.

Choose.

Vernon attempts to politely decline within his mind, giving a nervous matching expression : ) "Oh, I'm alright, thank you; we were just uhhh having fun." 

I'm guessing that doesn't work though. Vernon is sidling down through the stands in an attempt to get closer to Munchlax in case he needs defended.

What about "Do you have a name, or something you are called? If we're going to, uh, deal, we should know each other, and I'm afraid you have me at a disadvantage." I'm guessing this guy is from the other campaign, so I really don't know exactly what it is, other than the obvious Beliaddon inspiration! And Vernon certainly wouldn't.

"Am I choosing a cost, or something to receive?" If a cost, Vernon will select Transformation. If a gift, Vernon will select Transportation. If no answer, he'll tempt fate again with a coinflip between the two xD
