You're escorted to a room far into the back of the bar and down a few flights of stairs. You also happen to see a few Snorlax guards on your way, who look particularly well fed and motivated to protect everything down here with unusual haste. It contained a odd Internat. Comms and what looked like a atypical GTS machine (old and illegal looking), and on the former was a call that was urgently and annoyingly beeping. The barkeep simply let you in and had only this to say: "Right, here ya go. Usually you got to be a regular to get services like this, but between Dandy Man and Ms. Richie Richie you're getting the deluxe treatment. Take your time and page us (She taps on a panel by the door) when you're done."

All said and done you're left alone (or with Oz, if you care for them to join) you quickly accept that call -

"SEDDI!"

- and no other than your long time rival, superior in just about every way but style, and good friend Nemona appeared. She was dressed in rather casual, discrete clothing, including a hoodie, shades, and dull, muted colors on plain shirts and jeans. Though not one to usually to take measures to go incognito - quite the overly and frequent opposite, in fact - your senior was capable of acting covertly and on the low. Which, judging by the didgy, dark and secluded room they too were in, was what they're doing now.

"SEDDI! Oh man is it good to see you! Comms weren't getting any better despite Doc's help and La Primera getting our techies to Headlong Rush the problem, so I decided to Dig around into other channels, yeah? Well that, or blitz down there myself, prez' demands be damned! Ain't going to leave my rival stranded down like that! Didn't think I get in touch with you so quickly, though - you sure do like acting as a spook and Haunter for all the Swagger you got, heh heh!*Shakes head, frowning* Bah. Much as I like to chat we both got business and not a lot of time to do it, so give it to me straight buddy: how screwed is the Poochyena down there? "

Sure, Oz can come along if she likes (@Spiritmon)!  Yeah, it's a work call, but Oz is just as much a part of this as Seddi is.  Their gemstones are proof enough of that. He would instruct Oz to let him do most of the talking if she decides to come along, but other than that, no requirements.

Seddi gives his rival a small smile.  "Good to see ya too, Nemona.  Lucky you, contactin' the very establishment I just so happened to be visitin' this mornin'."

Goodra is out along with Ceruledge, and the Dragon is very happily waving at the Elite 4 member!

Now then, down to business.  "The good news is that things are goin' smoothly enough that the festival that started today is runnin' without a hitch so far.  There were a few incidents durin' the runup, but things seem to have mostly settled down for now."
