So, as long she keeps her real identity as a secret, she good. Nice to know.

That's a very rich quantity of information. Be looked down by other Scims could...extremely bad, but, as long Oz keep her identity as a secret, she is pretty much safe.

I very fearful about Oz sisters and what would happen to them. Considering how most Scimitars didn't see their Pokemon as partners, what I think it would happen, is their Pokemon be used as experiment or use as spell sources. Oz is one of the rare cases where she put her Pokemon with highest regard and love.

When you said her own brand of "Witchcraft" and she become Radical what you mean by that? The witchcraft I suppose it's her Coven of Witch Sisters, but what you mean by Radical?

This begs the question: What would happen if she actually return to her family and Sky Scimitars? She would be brand as a Heretic, or something else?

The more I learn about Scimitar law, the more I can understand why Oz decided to leave such life behind. Be a exiled Healer Witch offer so much more freedom. And be a exiled Scimitar offer her the opportunity of she accomplish her dream: Be a medic and help as many she can, something I don't think her old life would ever let her be.

Indeed. You Pokemon likely would be confiscated if you were tried and jailed as a Heretic, except maybe Glinda if you are willing to divulge how literally crucial she is to your life. From there...who knows.

Most Scimitars these days do hold some degree of partnership with their Mons, even if only in a perfunctory, business-like fashion where the Scim takes care of the needs of their Mons in exchange for their Power and cooperation. The more you treat Pokemon like most Traditional Trainers do or favor them Highly, the more 'Radical' you are to Scimitar society as a whole.

Three factions exist in Scimitar Society, outside of the Air/Water/Earth/Non-Aligned , and those are Traditionalistic (Think Skull Ruins Cosh), Moderates (Bernhard, who does care for his Mons but doesn't put to much emphasis on that and will prioritize his own affairs over them in most cases), and Radicals (You, who is pretty much a Mage + Pokemon Trainer, or those that are more MAD  MAGICKY about involving Mons directly in Magical Research and their work).

There is a practical reason to keeping Mons Balled, Out of the Way, and Impersonal to Scimitars, since the more direct impact a Mon has on Human Magic/Spells/Etc the more....variable and wild it can get. That, and if you don't use the Guantlet then the human is taking the brunt of things Magic-wise, the effects of which vary based on what you're casting and how much Special Power you're wielding to WHAT effect...

Oz was probably forced to be a Tradionalist prior to The Event based on your Backstory and other STUFF, and afterwards that was the tipping point she went Full Radical, unofficially abandoned Scimitar Society by taking a new Life, and remade herself as a 'proper' Witch and Healer leading a Coven.
