Just to give a bit of a brief summary of what Seddi's pokemon can do since you guys haven't really seen him battle yet:
- Rabsca is his primary support. Screens, Safeguard, stat reducing effects. Synchronize can set up advantageous situations based on the support needed. May be limited in effectiveness against The Boss™.
- Goodra is The Bruiser. Has Draco Meteor, so would benefit from Mist shenanigans, but also strongly benefits from Rain (and Grassy/Verdant Terrain). Has a wide range of flexible coverage options
- Ceruledge and Kusanagi are straightforward damage dealers with debilitating effects on their signature moves. Curse effects may be helpful, but could also just as easily add fuel to the fire. Some synergies with Sun and Rain respectively due to typing
- Veluza is the Ace up Seddi's sleeve. If Kusanagi Soaks The Boss™ or the Ghost typing gets removed/ignored in some other fashion, the fish can be used to greatly speed up the fight at the very start of combat. Otherwise, he's another Water type attacker like Kusanagi.
- Iron Leaves is an emergency option. Strong Grass moves, very strong signature Psychic type move. Has a very strong synergy with Rain AND Sun. Is typically a slow ramp attacker which gets stronger the longer she's out, so her effectiveness will be more limited the later she appears in the battle.
In general, Seddi's team is geared towards taking out big, single targets. He will need some assistance with crowd control, but can do absurd amounts of damage and debilitation to a single target.
