That brings me a question. Oz can also do some spread damage and single target, but can also deliver support moves and specially healing. Both magical and medical. Specially if she decides to bring Brozong into her team, so Swagger becomes a option to either confuse foes or increase in strength, which is very useful for any physical attacker. Or on herself.
And there Lucky Chant from Persephone, Heal Bell if she decides to bring Phoxy, and Tailwind to increase speed. And there Bethy who have Copycat+ to copy a single move for the rest of day. And that's open a lot of possibilities.
Oz could work with anyone to be honest, between Akumo, Bernard (both Magi together can destroy many enemies with our combined spread moves) or with Seddi powerhouses too while she hit hard the less stronger enemies, she deal with the weakest ones. Heck, if he decides to bring Ceruledge or Kusanagi I can buff them with Swagger. The Confusion could be a problem but we can deal with it. Akumo is pretty strong with his dragon, and can hit hard too, same strategy as Seddi.
And for healing, Life Dew can do wonders. Combine that with a Rain weather and Hecate Mega ability who improves support moves, we have a solid move who can heal a lot at the end of the round.
Due to confusion I probably going to risk 2 maybe 3 moves to not risk the dice. With Insight however this can be mitigate. And she have a couple of items to help.
Right now my idea of team of be like this:
Team Magi: Bernard, Oz and another NPC. Dish out spread moves. Oz with support abilities and spread moves, while Bernard explode enemies with also spread moves and debuffs.
Team Powerhouse: Akumo and Seddi. They have sheer strength and brutality in terms of variety of Pokemon and single target moves. Could be hard to destroy multiple enemies, but against the chief of said enemies, could deliver power.
Second version of team:
Team Wand and Might: Seddi and either Oz or Bernard. Either Bernard or Oz have solid spread moves and support (in Oz case) or debuffs (In Bernard case) and while one of them keep making pressure against the enemies with spells and spreading moves of their Pokemon, seddi use his heavy hitters to destroy either the main chief or even obliterated any leftovers of enemies.
Team Draconic Magi: Same formation as Seddi but with Akumo and either Oz or Bernard. Akumo have just like Seddi have some powerful powerhouses in his team, and with either buffs to increase its might, or debuffs on the enemies to make the battle easier to destroy said enemies, this will help to mitigate any casualties it might have.
I vote for some balance between spread and single target. We will decide later what group we focus, but we could grab some npcs to have a 3x10 enemies. We might need to use double pokémon durings battles. Oz will probably fight instead of one of her sisters, since 3 character against many enemies could probably be difficult. Don't know if Oz can command her sisters and fight at the same of it could have some difficult.
Another thing to point out the downside of her mega form: It give her extra power but Ghost and Steel types will cause double damage against her, so she probably will need to be careful to not call the attention of manu enemies. I might try to use less moves around 2 or 3 and let either her sister of any trainer partners to go ahead.
