As for the npcs for the battle: I between Lapzu or Priestess. Redirect attacks could be good, specially in Oz case since she received double damage against Ghost type moves, so having ways to redirect said attacks is extremely good. Priestess could be useful to change probability and mitigate the worse scenario in Oz be screw by fortune and her confusion status.
Group 3 looks more...pacify, but it could be a trick. So I between go straight to group 1 or 2. Group 4 is extremely dangerous because of how much chaotic it is.
