Something else we may want to keep in mind is some of the NPCs are definitely going to be more inclined to follow specific individuals.  

Ralice and Citrine are more likely to stick with Bernhard for example (though Ralice could maybe be convinced to follow Seddi, you'd have to a) talk to Ralice and b) convince Seddi it's a good idea)

Everyone was paired with two NPCs in that intro, and their skills seem to complement some of that individual's strategies, so we probably don't have to rearrange them much.
