*Yawns* Ah...that was some good sleep. Sorry about leaving you guys hanging, but I've been running on fumes for awhile and needed to crash for a bit. Back-to-back 9-10 hr night shifts are rough as every, but boy do they pay good!
I did all but warn about the possibility from the Info Dump I gave Dragonstrike, but since no contingencies were in place and even in MADNESS a Mask Wolf is a extremely clever enemy....it did what it could to neutralize as many combatants as possible. It may not have typical Pseudo Mods, but between the mojo its pumped with and insane intelligence and Traits it sure is one bad mofo!
Right now it is Action 4 of the First Round, so if Bern (or Nox) wants to get the Gauntlet back they'd have to make a Stealth or Grapple Roll vs any Reaction Roll from the Masked Wolf to at it. With how hyper advanced modern medicine is in this campaign and how pretty CLEAN the CUT was - as well as the fact your Gauntlet is also a medical prosthetic that's also designed to be relatively easily attached to a body - getting the CUT staunched (or burned) closed before the Gauntlet re-attached would be quite feasible for any field medic and very easy for an actually trained healer/medic. In the middle of combat, however....much more dicey of a prospect.
Pancea is more likely to regrow Bern's entire hand, among many other wonderous and miraculous things. Great for saving his life, but bad since it means you no longer have an 'easy opening' to re-attached your Gauntlet back onto your body and have to find some fidly work around to get it reconnected to your personal system/arcane network and functioning once more. Running from the fight is also an option, but Bern is liable to be a prime target for the Land Whale - well, if it still isn't too busy with Citrine and Deicidueye...
A Full Restore is perhaps the best Non-Pancea option to eliminate all damage ASAP and treat their Bleeding WITHOUT ending up regrowing their arm, but a Max Potion and a Medicine Check (at a - 6 Action Cost, with the Healing Item being a Trainer Action) could work as well too. Extra Lethal Damage takes 4 HP to eliminate 1 unit of it, so 7 * 4 = 28 units of HP need to be crammed down Bern's, Steelenes, and Kusa's throats before you can ACTUALLY work on healing/restoring their HP. So yeah, basically only a Full Restore HP Item, stuff like a BS Wish, Healing Wish, or other Move, or KOing the Mons and using a Max Revive would be efficient at treating these grievous wounds.

The Gauntlet is caught in the Masked Wolf's tail, right? What roll (if any) will there be to get his Gauntlet back while it is distracted with Seddi? Furthermore, is there enough time for Bern to rush off to the Medics with it and get the fucking HELP he very desperately needs before he freaking dies? And how much higher are the chances of survival if he drinks 1 unit of his Panacea?

You said you do have an Item to heal him one or two posts prior, did you? Preferably something that will stop the severe bleeding? (Unless you don't want to tell just yet, that'd be totally okay, I shall wait in high anxiety)
I do have some healing items, yes. I don't have *too* many since I opted to let the NPCs take the rest of the supplies, but I do have some stronger Potions available for emergencies.

Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
