Huh, so it does in Gen 7. It also gets Nasty Plot, despite being almost exclusive an Physical Attacker by design back then and even today. Man, Gamefreak does some weird stuff with their Mons...

Yeah, after the most recent Fight James would be wiling to let Decidueye Learn the Move at Sedd's recommendation, since after fighting a such a nasty Ghost as Masked Wolf he is ALL for anything to screw over the Super Boss. Kinda redundant on the Mon combat-wise, but hey, whatever it takes to win! That, and Foresight does have some other benefits too, just to keep it from being TOO niche...
