I loooowkey doubt it because it's directly linked to Terrapago and Area Zero, but if it DOES exist, I'm totally interested in getting Bernhard a Terra Orb in the long run and playing around with that on top of spells. (Terastallizing Myra into Ghost-Type due to her background? Heck yes. Terrastallized Noxfor even more dragon or dark power? Heck yes x2.)
Also to quote something from the second post of this MetaThread:

To confirm what Dragonstrike said, Terra Transformation indeed does exist in Sutalor. As for how it would work outside of Paldea...well, Terra Orbs are pretty nifty pieces of tech is all I'm going to say on the subject. Try to badger Sada about it in game if you want the nerdy in-depth explanation (if she wants to share it in the first place - said info is a Trade Secret for a good reason...) .
I'll note this down on your Wishlist, though considering that Paldea holds the monopoly on it Bern is better off trying to such up and bribe Seddi (and his bosses) into getting access to it 'legit' rather than try to stubble onto other means of pulling it off.
As for my own thoughts on Terra in the games: I don't like it very much. The ability to just 'Surprise!' your opponents and weasle out of bad matchups/certain checks always leaves a sour taste in my mouth, and getting owned by said upsets outweighs whatever satisfaction I get for pulling Terra nonsense off. It creates chicken games where either the first person who Terras loses to the other person having a perfect counter Terra in reserve OR said Terra is used juuuust at the right time for a Sweeper to do everything it needs to mow you down regardless of what you try. It's annoying, demotivating, and frustrating to play with in mind - its part of the reason why I gave up on Gen 9 comp, beyond the ban to Sleep and other stuff I won't get into.
Type Match ups are sacred is the point I'm trying to get at here. A WHOLE bunch of Mons have been banned in Singles simply because they're oppressive threats when they have Terra as a GOJF Card, and it makes certain tank mons all that much more ANNOYING to answer. It's a fun mechanic when it works for YOU, but when you're on the bad end of it....well, it ain't fun no more chief. Terra as it stands NEEDS more balancing to be actually fun AND fair for everyone - stuff like Terra Types being revealed at Team Preview, indications when a Mon will Terra, restrictions as to what Types can Terra into, etc. - but considering smogon won't do complex stuff like that and Terra has stuck around way too long as is I doubt I will get the fix it needs. Hopefully next Gen's mechanics will be better to play with competitively....if Gamefreak doesn't end up botching their next mainline release.
Of course this is only coming from someone that plays Singles and from someone that isn't the greatest at comp anyway, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. That, and conceptually I find the idea amazing and worthy of exploration - which is why I am willing to have it featured in my campaign at all.
Now, last thing : @Dragonstrike , @Spiritmon , @Redstone , and Phantom you are free to interact with the Random Recruits if you wish, as that won't take time since these fellows either ended up seeking your group out or one/multiple party members ended up stumbling upon them. Right now I believe only Spirt/Oz is actively searching for help, but if anyone else wants to 'join in' or 'grab' one of the Randoms for private chats that is okay with me.
Oh, and I'll get to your post when I'm able to dear! Things are still rather busy I'm afraid, and I would prefer getting the campaign going again ASAP after a long break. Rest assured I wont abandon your post - it'll just take awhile to give it the care it deserves as I'm juggling everything else.
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
