Everything within me says 'yes' with a hundred exclamation marks. The details and course if action needs to be determined however. 

My biggest question before thinking about these is this one, hence asking it metawise to make sure: Timing. If I DO let that...person perform the operation, will there be enough time that they can still participate in the fight in person via commanding *Toxicroak themselves? I'll be fine if this comes with the toll of it being performed in a fast manner and pain + a toll on Bern's body - even with my Gauntlet being functional again quickly I'm still dropping out of the Encounter - the offer of a way to still join is much appreciated, but I'm not brave enough to tempt fate drastically after the pre-fight before the actual SuperBoss went so wrong on Bernhard's end.

Let me do a quick Roll: (1)(1) Oh yes they can, with a Rare Roll like that + Zephy own somewhat divine/definitely magical aid and Nirix on standby. It'll cost Zephy 3 Will Points (or her remaining will if she has less than that), but the re-attachment surgery and tune-up would go remarkably quickly and still have plenty of time left for the agent to join up with everyone else to rush to the Super Boss before it can do STUFF. Probably want to have a Nurse or Doctor do a proper look over and follow up work on the arm later, but until then Bern would have his arm back and functional.

Fair enough - though do note that typically most Mons wouldn't have the know-how or capability to outright Target a limb like that and then immediately be able to remove it in one blow. The Maddened Masked Wolf unfortunately just so happened to be one of those clever and capable Mons. Still, the risk of DYING to the Super Boss is always a possibility and Bern isn't a risk taker or overly heroic by nature, so him not wanting ANYTHING to do with it even with getting his arm back is more than understandable.
