Help Press Space to Continue(RGSS not responding)

Did you get any kind of crash notice apart from "not responding?" If not there may be an issue with RGSS Player, not Uranium itself. Try the fixes in this thread and see if they help (it's for a different game, but both run on the same platform).

I'm looking to see how to remove the runtime files for the player itself (Uranium doesn't touch those unless they're missing, in which case it downloads and installs them). Taking those out before reinstalling might fix your problem if the other solutions don't

 
No crash notice no, it just stops responding. I did everything the thread said, twice, and then any other combination of the settings, but it still has the problem, the moment I press space to continue, it stops responding. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it twice over just for good measure but it happens the same every time.
