I've defeated the league twice, so that shouldn't be a problem...
But does "keep spamming PC" mean turning it on and then immidietly turning it back off and repeat?
I might just have to spend more time, but I've been trying for some time now.

Does anyone know details about how to catch them?

Well, I fight again the League to make sure. And you need to resolve a puzzle. One thing I must warn: Bring a solid team with good levels. Around level 100. And with some moves to not kill imediatly. And have at least two Pokemon. Not fainted and withoug eggs in your party.
