Well the best duplicat that have been caught is a 4IV one (i think) which is with Youko that is now retired.
here is the chances on getting an IVed duplicat

1 Perfect IV is 6/32 rounded to 1/6
2 Perfect IVs is 15/1024 rounded to 1/69
3 Perfect IVs is 20/32,768 rounded to 1/1639
4 Perfect IVs is 15/1,048,576 rounded to 1/69,906
5 Perfect IVs is 6/33,554,432 rounded to 1/5,592,406
6 Perfect IVs is 1/1,073,741,824

God knows how horrible duplicat rates are and how annoying radar chaining can be.
