Help is it possible to migrate my save files from one pc to another??

Or, if you have a flashdrive, you can just move the save files there, along with a copy of the game it self. If you keep them in their own separate folders (easy, if you just Copy and paste both of them into the flashdrive), then essentially you can play Uranium anywhere with a computer. It'll be a slight pain to update the save files before you end any game you play on the go, but it is worth it, imo.
