I forwarded your error message to the developer team. They're on the job!
In the mean time, would you mind trying these steps just so we can try and isolate the issue?
Go into your Pokemon Uranium save folder (C:\Users\<YourUsername>\Saved Games\Pokemon Uranium) and copy your current save, paste it some where safe just in case! Then go into your Backups folder, which is located in the same place as mentioned above, copy THAT save and put it where your old save used to be?
What we're trying to see is if your original save is damaged in some way, if you can load the back up save without any errors, we'll know that was the issue!
If you could also upload me a copy of your Saved game, that would help a bunch as well!
