According to bulbapedia, a pseudolegend must have the following to be considered as one:

- A three-staged evolution line. ( = It must evolve twice, mega does not count as evolution here.)
- A total of 1,250,000 experience points at Lv.100.
- A base stat of exactly 600, before megaevolving.
