I guess whether you want to hunt for a wild Devimp with its HA, or spam lots of eggs until a shiny with its HA hatched, depends on your patience, eager and personal taste - luck plays quite a big role in both ways of getting one.
The easiest way in my eyes, which might also bring a positive nature and decent IV on your desired demon (if you care those), would be to ask someone here for a female Devimp with its HA from a save file on a PC with a different language than your own, and then breed it with a male member of the Humanlike-egg group of yours = Masuda method, as you stated correctly
I have a few of such a Devimps left if you're interested, and could trade it to you right away
