Help Shiny Devimp

I guess whether you want to hunt for a wild Devimp with its HA, or spam lots of eggs until a shiny with its HA hatched, depends on your patience, eager and personal taste - luck plays quite a big role in both ways of getting one.

The easiest way in my eyes, which might also bring a positive nature and decent IV on your desired demon (if you care those), would be to ask someone here for a female Devimp with its HA from a save file on a PC with a different language than your own, and then breed it with a male member of the Humanlike-egg group of yours = Masuda method, as you stated correctly  I have a few of such a Devimps left if you're interested, and could trade it to you right away

Well, you'll need to find one with the HA via the PokeRadar.  Perhaps if you're lucky, you'll find a shiny in the process, but once you've acquired your HA female, your chances are better breeding a shiny than catching one.  Added bonus: it'll probably have much better IV's than any wild-caught.

The shiny charm will help your chances either way, so I highly suggest attempting to get it if at all possible.  For the hard-to-find or hard-to-evolve 'mons, there might be people out there willing to quicktrade to help you finish your dex.

Completing the dex is really hard, but I will try it sometime   but the shiny charm surely worth it

Breeding will relatively cost less time.
Probability wise: Using radar chain, the default shiny rate is 1/1024. that would mean you'll have to work with an easily breaking chain, 1/1024 probability for shiny and probability for HA.
Breeding with masuda on the other hand yields 1/171 probability for shiny. since the chance of passing HA from female is 60%, that too would mean it's a 6/10 probability, grand totaling in  6/1710 or 1/285.

With that in mind, you have a 1/285 chance on getting a shiny HA devimp with breeding as opposed to a lower than 1/1024 chance of shiny HA Devimp with radar chain
