And when I said "10 times harder", I was using my timing and experience, which was as stated above, 3 6IVs in 2 days, since I got a 6IVs 4 eggs into breeding Volchiks. It was THAT easy, and catching an Actan was STILL 10 times easier than. So if you really had spent "some weeks" to get a 6IVs Volchik, getting an Actan yourself would actually be at LEAST 50 times easier...
