Well, while browsing the Uranium Wiki to brush up on some of the Pokémon there, I noticed quite an oddity. Namely, that all Genderless Pokémon (bar the legendaries) had a Egg Move list. This confused me, since its a well known fact that Genderless Pokémon can't breed at all, unless its with a Ditto egg group Pokémon. The only Pokémon in the game with this group is Duplicat, which is unable to learn all the possible egg moves for Genderless Pokémon ( I checked!).
In essence, there are several moves that are currently locked away, leaving them hopelessly untappable for these Pokémon in question. S51 can't get Rapid Spin, Gellin can't get Power Gem, Chainite can't get Telekinesis....etc, and those are only some of their moves unavaliable.
The fact that this problem exists is one I find completely unacceptable. Why give Pokémon Egg moves in the first place if there are no ways for them to be gotten by either the parent or Duplicat? Why implement such a feature in the first place? To fix this issue, I see three possible solutions.
The first option is to simply just remove all possible egg moves that are not learnable by the Genderless parent (either by TM or Tutor), and call it a day. I find this the least appealing option, since it just pisses away all that potential power in favor of correcting some oversight issue. That, and its just a lazy option, as far as I am aware (correct me if I am wrong, devs).
The second option is just to make all those moves available to their respective Genderless parent, either via TM or Tutor. It would a neat way to add missing/unavailable move into the game proper, or add more move tutors that currently exist at the moment. As an aside, don't you miss the old days where you didn't have to hunt for hard to find shards just to learn moves only available at the tail end of the game? This option would probably be the most time consuming to implement, as it require the coding and adding several TMs or a specific Move Tutor(s) to the game, on top off just plain adding some of the move that are unavailable at the moment.
The third option is just to give Duplicat the move Sketch. This would be the simplest approach to fixing the problem, as all it would require is just coding the move for the copy cat, but there is one concern I have, and its a big one. If Duplicat gets Sketch, does that mean that every Pokémon in the game now has access to a flood of brand new egg move? Or do they simply have just another option to get the egg moves they have currently? If its the former, I shudder at the though of a Dragon Dance Beliaddon lurking around in the meta (Or Baton Pass Dunsereph). Or worse, Nuclear Moves for non-nuclear mons! Hopefully its the later option, as it would make giving Duplicat Sketch not akin to given a trigger happy arsonist all the components need to make a Flamethrower.
These are the ideas I thought up of. Tell me which one would be best to solve this problem, or give another option that might help! Either that, or tell me what is wrong with my solutions, so that I can see if I can't modify them, or something~!

Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
