[Meta Thread] Dragonstrike's Pokerole Test Game: Mount Coronet Mystery

Alright, for the pre-Spear Pillar preparations, here they are:

- Have the following Party line up: Diam, Puck (Leftovers), Paula, Zorn (Life Orb), Omnia (Sitrus Berry), and Brigid (Fire Plate). While I would like to have Stymph's Tailwind, if the group is going to possibly fight against Dialga she's pretty much deadweight outside of setting it. Paula at least has more set-up Moves and her Water/Fairy Typing to back her up against it.
- Spend some time briefing his Pokemon about the expected upcoming battle, so they'll mentally prepared for it.
- Build an sturdy enough Incubator for his Coal Onix Egg, if he has the time.
- If its possible, I'd like to do this in the time before entering Spear Pillar = Make a Trident like the one that Paula 'has' out of a zinc - aluminum alloy (really strong metal) with help from Brigid (Holding the Fire Plate), that has some diamond shards from Diamond Steelix Ran 'collected' (Read: Shook off and picked out of himself) carved into diamond shapes and set in the points, and at the base of the part that connects the spines of the trident is a round opening that'll contain the Syrentidite , and the trident itself painted gold. Since Ran has zero idea what Paula is or that she's capable of Mega Evolution at and he wants to give her a gift for her Evolution/being her lovely self, I figure that giving her a 'Mega Trident' of sorts that could 'accidentally' trigger her Mega Evo is the best in character way to achieve this. That, and I just want to do it for her shake, you know? Spending Will on this task (from both himself and Brigid) is obviously going to happen, in order to get the best results possible (if its possible).
- Speaking of Paula, I'll spend 30 of her XP to increase her Defense to 4 ! Now she has no holes in her defenses!
- If its possibly, I'd like Omina to Transform into Sally and maintain that Transform prior to going out into Spear Pillar (Which means 'she'll' be one Pokemon walking out with him out there), as I don't really have any true Counters against a Dialga or whatever is behind the strange events of the campaign.
- I have a question regarding Mega Evolution, Dragonstrike : Paula is currently at 4/4 Happiness and Loyalty, meaning that going Mega will have at least slightly negative consequence for her. If its possible, could she and/or Ran spend Will to prevent those side-effects, either as a one time large lump sum or on a per-Round basis?

One note regarding D-Steelix: it's no longer in the collapsed cavern where it was fought, as it's all but vanished.  Plenty of diamond shards scattered around if ya do a little digging, though.

Oh. Can we at least dig the diamonds shards to sell later? A Diamond is at least the double valor of a Nugget problably since it is a precious gem. Even the Dust must worth something.

I'm giving everyone 1 free encounter before Spear Pillar.  If you wish to spend it gathering up many diamond shards and diamond dust, then you may do so.

- Reasonable enough compromise, so I will have Ran make the Mega Trident then (or attempt to do so), and will later hand off the Coal Egg to Rui for safe keeping (as she typically stays well out of the way of fights) ! I would also like it to be a surprise from Paula, so I guess he'd be rather furitive in its making and ask her to get some singing lessons/tips from Kee while he works.
- Sweet! The copy may be a sourpuss and terrify Karen somewhat, but if the group's possibly going against either Dialga or Arceas I want a dang Fighting type with me!
