[Game Thread] Lord Windos’ PokeRole Adventure 2: The Wild Lands

Summoning Lani, Nalu and Kayla alongside Ecclesia it was time for a briefing of strategy (if there isnt enough space going outside for a sec). He'd make sure Gloomtail would hear his part, he would be taught the technique on the way to the location.

Gloomtail and Ecclesia would be the primary hitters due to their typing, being at less risk then the others.

He would stay with the others a ''safe'' distance away, ready to recall and haul ass on horseback should things get too intense. Nalu and Lani would stay with him. The former being rather fragile and the latter not having much to do against ghostly monsters they'd do better defending him. 

Ecclesia was to keep her distance from Gloomtail, both to prevent him from being distracted and to not have both be at risk should one be attacked. 

*determined voice* ''Remember, if we can't pull this off with extensive outside help we won't last long in the Wilds. I expect your best efforts today so we can make it out without a casualty.''

He'd look down at the Giga-Gyarados' Net Ball.. the most emergency option of emergency options. He hopes it won't come to this but there was no guarantee.

Anticipation slowly creeping in he'd make his way to the lobby, expecting to meet with the others.

That noise, that feeling, as if today hasn't been strange enough already.

He'd slowly make his way over to the door where Bern is presumably still standing.

''What's going on here? I felt something stra...''

Just a stare, face in between horrified and surprised...

''Oz?''

Oz looks at her own reflection. From the outside, she may act as if everything is alright.

From the inside however?

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!”

She was screaming inside the “new” body.

“What the heck happened to my body? Did I…Become a Pokemon?!”

Then she remembered. The light. The spell going waywire. And Hecate tried to choke her.

“God damn it…Something goes wrong with the spell and…” She dared to look at her form. “Hecate and I probably fused because of the spell? What the heck is wrong with this week?!”

Oz mentally sighs. She needs to calm down. Now is not the time to lose control of herself. Right now, she needs to figure out how to fix things. Or at least find a way to have some sort of control with her new body.

“If Hecate and I fused because of the spell, this means she is probably somewhere here too! She probably lost in her mind too and had her memories confused with mine because of the fusion!”

“Hecate! Can you hear me! It’s me! Oz! You must remember who you are! We fused together!”

“Mr Samsara! Help! Glinda! Sisters! Anyone!”

“HELP!”

.........Bernhard's first impression and thought about seeing Oz(?) is 'Morgana, honey, love, is that you...???'

He'll help her up by offering his non-gauntlet'd Hand, a stern an WORRIED look on him. "Wrong question. YOU better tell US what happened. A commotion coming from your room, a F L A S H ! of light... You heard and fehlt it too, now did you, Akamu...?"

*deep sigh* "Can Fortune and Fate PRETTY PLEASE let us be FIVE minutes..."

Towards Oz's cry for help:  "You try to calm down. I'll go... Alert some nurses and doctors... And go get Seddi and Vernon, if I can find them..."

"Our name is Zoeti Hecabel Le Fey! We're sure that you should know this, since we shared Our Name with you when we first meet. Maybe you to are affected by this....Strange feeling permeating us too?"

Suddenly you stagger, clutching your head with both hat hands as a wave of nausea, dissociation, and FRIGHT nearly causes you to drop like a Rock, but then just as quickly it passes, leaving you feel more Disoriented and Confused than ever.

You look around the room at everyone, and simply, plainly, and with a bit more worry ask:

"....Can someone answer our earlier question? We're....starting to suspect that all is Not Right with ourselves. Too many gaps in my memories, and the ones we have seem.....blurry and split? *Shakes head* Our emotions are in a right mess too, now that I am Focusing on Our Inner Self.

"One half.....panicked yet hopeful, and the other surprised but scared? Hmm....a feeling of Understanding lay between the two, but its....faint? *Sighs* We apologize if we're not making sense - sorting through our Self like this nebulous at times, and no doubt most of you don't have a proper frame of reference to properly comprehend what we're trying to convey."

Eventually you (Bernhard) get a grip with What Happened after they say their piece, with a little help from the Still Invisible Zephy tapping you on the head to get it back on straight. From your Bond she is equally perplexed but....intrigued by this?

Your blunt sternness cause Zoeti to shy away for a moment, before a light scowl appears as she slaps away your Gauntlet lightly.

"How rude! Why should we answer, if you're going to be such an Mudsdale about it Bern? We're just as....off-put by whatever happened, but we're not taking it out on others at least! *Crosses Arms* Hmpt...."

You don't hear the Oz part of this....woman's Inner Self, but you DO get the general vibe 'Oz' is trying to share, which results in your automatically responding to THAT part anyway, much to everyone's Confusions.

"*Curious Look* What are you.... *Sighs* Well, I suppose that is a good suggestion as any. *Waves you offer* Go. And please come back with the right attitude. You're better that this, Bern...."

You feel your lil' bird mouse giggle as you get scolded - and you have a feeling Morgana would have a bemused yet disappointed frown for your distinct lack of Etiquette in this scenario.

When you say your friend's Vernax's name you frown for a moment, his name feeling somewhat odd on your tongue for reasons you can't quite describe.... Zephy is oblivious to this....for now.

Oz's - I suppose Zoeti's Coven is still Paralyzed with Shock and indecision as to HOW to FEEL and WHAT to DO about this....Change in their sisters....

Oz is now trying to talk with her…ahem new persona. “Oz is my name! Give it back my body! I will keep screaming until you hear me Zoeti! You hear me! GIVE BACK MY AND HECATE BODIES!”

Oz imagines herself punching some kind of wall, trying to take back the control of her body. She must find a way to separate her body.

She then tried to shout from within her soul.

“Zoeti isn’t? You are part of me and Hecate minds/souls. Listen, we will figure out this situation later! For now, listen closely! A big and powerful creature made of hatred and sheer destruction is causing chaos and is killing a lot of people! Please, if you have a part of me and Hecate, you got to let us help! Let me take control of the body! I must protect my family and friends! I must save the people of Sütalor! So please! HELP ME and Hecate! We must save our sisters!”

Oz shouts with all the strength she has available, trying in some way to pierce the mind block from within Zoeti Hecabel Le Fay. She doesn’t care if she is a fusion or not, she still has a job to do. They don’t have time to dwell too much in this situation.

Seddi runs into the room moments after Bernhard's arrival.  He's fast, but not as fast as a mage empowering their speed with magic spells.

He blinks in surprise.

Who or what is that???  They look like a Hatterene and a human but...not.

And more importantly...

"Where's Oz?"

He's looking at the human-pokemon-like thing a little skeptically.  The question is directed at anyone that might have an answer though.  Glinda, Bernhard, anyone. Something's wrong here, but he can't quite put a finger on what yet...

You brandish them for a moment, going through a lightning quick but beautiful tight kata-practice-rhythm, before stopping with a satisfied nod. Though your head may be addled, your body is still as fit and capable as ever. Good, good. Well no, not good, but good enough to - !

"We must make GREAT Haste to do GLORIOUS BATTLE with that Wretched and Evil Abomination of HATE and SPITE! *Looks at All* Everyone, we mustn't tarry for long! Make your preparations and let us MARCH AND DESTROY THIS GREAT EVIL!"

You then look over to your Coven and motion to them, softly but sternly saying: "My Sisters, come! We know things are Odd NOW, and it is most disturbing and unnerving to deal with, but we can sort it all out after THE GREAT EVIL is VANQUISHED and the people of Bayhama ARE SAVED! Now once more I say: Come!"

Though hesitant and FULL of concern, Fortuna, Glinda, and the Ghost Gals elect to Follow Zoeti's Lead, forming up behind her in a loose but effective crescent behind her. Meza, however, elected to plop down and rest - she is SO not dealing with this right now.

Hecabel scowls a bit at her furry dragon, but lets out a sigh and gives them an understanding nod in the end - she's a fresh member yet, and this Strangest must not be doing her own mental issues any favors either - with a *Snap!* Desummons them back to their Ball.

Currently, Zoeti Hecabel Le Fay is Ready to Answer The Call to Arms with MOST of Her Sisters; however, the Oz side of her is still mostly subsumed underneath the 'Main' Personality she is a part of. The Hecate Side seems just a bit quieter and withdrawn, though they're still providing for the 'Main' Personality in full force regardless of the newfound depth of Understanding it has gained on their Oz part of themselves...

Anyone got something to say about this?

There is something very, very wrong here.  And he'd bet his hat that there was magic involved, given the circumstances and involved party.

Fine then.  The stern look at Zoeti turns into a sigh.

"You're right, we don't have time to waste right now.  However, I want to talk to Le Fay in detail about what just happened as soon as the situation is taken care of."

Seddi choice of words there is incredibly intentional.  It's just an educated guess, but the evidence is right there in front oh him.  Oz's coven is following Zoeti.  All except for one, and it wasn't unconditional either.  They don't appear to have been bewitched, or they'd probably all be following this entity without question.  That can only mean that they're still following Oz.

Ay caramba...

Oh, and one last thing...

"Try not to get on Kusanagi's nerves, Zoeti.  We have enough problems right now.  Don't need to add one more on top of it all."

(Yes, and...eh....close enough? Though with your current INS Roll I don't got to try and explain the Deets on what exactly is the Fusion's Deal Mental-wise, so I guess we'll go with that regardless!)

One other detail that would escape everyone's notice, save perhaps Bernhard - one of her Weapons is a Gauntlet, similar in concept to what a Scimitar would wear mixed with a good helping of MASS FOR PUNCHING!

For what it's worth this....Zoeti reels back upon seeing and properly recognizing you, a flash of disorientation appearing briefly before she shook her head.

"Seddi? I though you were still in recovery? *Shakes Head* No, no it matters not, and you're right. We NEED to HURRY, before that EVIL ABOMINATION devours any more innocent lives. Le Fay....?"

Again, a flash, this time accompanied by the...Being biting her lip a bit, before....

...slowly, she nods. Hesitant, a bit confused, but willing to....entertain the idea of meeting with this....

"*Mumbles*....Strangely familiar to me? *Shakes Head Harder*  Ugh. Curse this wretched Strangeness for making such a mess of my head, My Heart, and my very emotions. We don't have the luxury of time to sit-down and properly Fix my Issues, so it will have to wait. Perhaps before meeting with this...kin of mine? ....My....Twin? *Sighs, rubs head* Mmm....lost the thread. Later, later, I will chase it down. Now....we must MARCH."

Another Key Detail: You notice Glinda Flinch slightly as you bandied the Le Fey name at Zoeti, while Persaphone giggled like their was some joke you're not in on and Bethy just seemed content and intrigued to follow along in this madness. The only one about as confused as everyone else was Fortuna, but never the less she felt compelled to Obey them. As if it was the right thing to do. 

Your request gets a confused tilt of the....Great Witch's head, but in the end she nods. She had no plans to quarrel with the Old Blade of Glory. Vexing and irksome though they may be, she is not so churlish or stupid to throw away a perfectly good Weapon or end up breaking it with any ineptitude. All the more so when they may be just the right one for the task to SLAY the Spawn of Malefic HATE and S p i t e . If that means tolerating its rough edges or avoiding it altogether to use it best/BE at its best, so be it.
