(Ofc jammer is gone, it only works if its within Sable's range)
*As Xenoic, Sable and Dupli-Yata escape the Gengar and vanish into the sunset the pirates have arrived at the wreckage*
*They start firing into the smoke hoping to hit Phantom (They dont know Windos and others are back yet)*
*They have their Swabones mount Tubareels and start investigating the wreckage and rescue what few pirates are left while the bombarment happens*

*Having captured a Kinetmunk long enough to recharge my Styler, Dramsama and I are now en route to East Tandor atop Pajay when we notice a plume of smoke rising into the sky*

Uh-oh... wonder what's going on out there?

*Abruptly, Dramsama stiffens, then sends a Shadow Ball across Pajay's field of vision, spooking him and making him dive toward the ocean.*

Hey, what are you doi--?!

*Falls silent as I notice a Yatagaryu streak past overhead; neither it nor those it carries notices me (I also notice that there's no accompanying thunderstorm, so clearly that's not a real Yatagaryu... must be Xenoic's Duplicat again!)*

Dramsama: [I presume you didn't want them noticing our approach.]

Good call, Dramsama.  Can you tell anything about that smoke?

*Dramsama stares into the smoke*

Dramsama: [From within the smoke, I can hear the thoughts of my Master, as well as the Cookie Thief.  Ranger Spirit's thoughts are slow and murky; perhaps he is unconscious?  From their thoughts, I gather that they are on the wrecked remains of a demolished pirate ship.  They are safe for now, but trouble lurks in the water... we should get to them as quickly as possible.]

Got it.  All right, Dramsama... stay focused on their thoughts... perhaps you can help me find them in that smoke.  We're going in!

*One of the pirates notices a Pajay fly across the water*
He says, " Arr CAPTAIN!! Thar is a bird with a darn ranger with a weird pokeman over there!"

*Captain then orders a few pirates to send out their Electruxo to chase after it and attempt to bring it down*

Spiritmon after the incident could infiltrate in the crew and was in observe of Xenoic next move.

(Well, I guess I'll just continue here... Would be a pity to let storyline end at the current point. I'm sorry if I kept anyone waiting for a while.)
(My Espeon named „SilverLine“ - or just „Silver“ - is a male one with Magic Guard and can not only sense air currents with its sensitive hair, but to some degree strong emotions in the near surrounding as well, positive and negative ones. That's why it barely has any problems orienting itself in all the haze and find persons it looks for.)


Calmy, Silver watches who it looked out for... ah, that guy again. The one with the Ghosts. Way back then, as Silver got in contact with him the first time, it was pretty much scared and intimidated by them and their skills on manipulating shadows in their surroundings at will... However, it quickly learned that they don't use those skills to harm anyone sersiously... In fact, they also use them to protect what they hold dear as well as themeselves. And, as long as Master's around, nothing will happen. They would never harm Master. Silver could sense that Master and this human being share a special bond, as well as his worry and pure wish to just pick up what he came for, and then quickly vanish far away into safety.

It turned around, then taking a look at the person to eskort (making sure he understands), and rushing off into the haze/smoke again. Wasn't very hard to find Master here again - Silver just had concentrate on the trace of her and follow it to the end, taking good care not to run in any disturbances...


A melodic chirp of a familiar tone let the Chief Ranger look up into the direction where it came from, before the Espeon was by her side again... shortly followed by their partner. Oh my, it's indeed you... you came back...
*pulls them into a close and tight hug, honestly relieved to see them … Loosens it then after a few moments, to take a closer look at their apperance, then into their eyes, regardless of all that haze/smoke and nighttime already breaking* - In this moment, where the salty wind from the sea blew through both of our hair and the only light came from the moon that has begin to rise over the horizon; so close, and yet so far away in his silverly shine; everything seemed completely fine. Silver could just snatch this in the air, as it took place close to its Master again, relieved and even a bit proud that it was able to fulfill the task given quite well.-


… You don't look so good, though... And I don't even mean your ruined suit, or why you're running around with a bottle of wine and chained to an unconscious Ranger of mine.
*sighs* It's better if we leave here, okay?
*Her voice was calm and clearly exhausted, but some worry still dwelled in it – no wonder after all that has already happened that evening.*

*Glances at his appearance, before ruefully grinning at his love*

Well, the best laid plans often go ary, as they say. Oh, how they do! I had this special night planned for us, when so wanker came and ruined it all. The least I could spare from this travesty was this fine bottle of wine!

*Smiles sultrily at his darling*

Perhaps we can share it together in a more... intimate setting. While the necrotic haze and cannon fire add a certain flair to these festivities, I think we would both prefer calmer waters.

*Laugh a bit, before clutching his head in pain*

Graaa.... still a bit nackered from whatever the blazes happened to me. Whatever it was, it feels like someone rammed a crocay mallet straight through my cranial cavity. Arrrrguuuve....

*Looks down at the unconscious ranger, which was being levitated by his Gengar*

This poor chap has the answers to that mystery, seeing as he saved my life. Once we are out of here, I do hope you give him a commendation for his efforts...right after a round smack in the head.

*Stops grimancing, and smiles at Phantom, before extending his hand*

This high seas voyage of ours was rather smashing, but let call it a night, shall we?

*Reaches out, and as the Cookie Thief touches them, a distortion of space consumes them, whisking all of them away*

As for the others left... well, they can tend to their own device, can't they?

Ah... Admit it, you're not doing well at all... -*in thought, picks up my Espeon and gently pets its velvet head while looking down a little, feeling some sort of gloomy and embarassed for everthing* *it beginns to purr softly and thankfully to me*-

Guess I will, well... stay with you... I mean overnight, if that is fine... Not for anything, eh, „indecent“, you can put that right out of your mind.
...It's rather because I'm exhausted as well and feel much safer if you and your Ghosts stay close-by a bit longer. Plus, you can tell in all detail and in a calmer surounding what has actually happened, and I will explain why I was forced to contact you and asked you to please come over to the HQ at all.

… Also, I bet the next morning my Rangers who were involved in this will come together again at the HQ, and then me and them can clear the matters up about what has actually happened, and decide what we're going to do next and how to prevent such a treachery in our own ranks from ever happening again.
