Read all the rules too, and make sure to ask about ANYTHING you don't understand. Since you are a late comer, I'll have to give you a custom objective to follow, so is that okay? You are also not obligated to assist or help in @Dragonstrike 's (Reiner's) plot and storyline, and I'm not sure whether or not he wants or need your help or interference. Thoughts, guys?

Considering Giovanni specifically tasked Reiner with foing his missions without any additional help from the team, Reiner's probably not going to ask for help at all.  If another member of the team were to assist him of their own accord because they weren't aware of that particular condition, however...as long as they weren't getting in his way, he wouldn't complain.  Much.

He's going to be a Team Rocket member, though not one that is competing against you. He'll have a custom objective, one that may or may not involve your own, since Giovanni did say that you were on your own in this mission. Given the heck you are going through, however....he might be willing to redefine the rules a bit.

@Spiritmon : While Dragonstrike choose to have one of his starters to be a Team Rocket based mon, that does not mean you have to; its just something he did for flavor. I recommend you come up with a background for your character so that I can better determine just WHAT they are capable of, and what I want them to do. I also need you to give me permissions to see and edit your Excel Character Sheet , so that I can add notes or change some details to help you out a bit. If you can't finagle/make a Character Sheet, just PM your Pokémon Choices, where you want to put your Attribute and Specialty Points, your backstory for the character, and I'll make one for you and try to send it, Alright?

I can also just handle the whole process myself and set you up with a pre made character and Pokémon, but if you choose this you'll have to play by his/her background, story, mechanics, and mission, rather than inventing one for yourself. I won't screw you out of great Pokémon or Items, but I'll choose what I think fits best for the character I will make.

Redefining the rules a little sounds like a good in-game solution, considering the Malcolms are no joke and Reiner's been pulling off some pretty crazy stuff without getting caught as it is.  And also because Reiner is a valuable resource that Giovanni is likely to do everything in his power to keep around...

You are so valuable he would sacrifice about 3/4 of his current staff and numbers just to keep his mitts on you. Resourceful and Competent, Extremely Powerful with both Pokémon and Personally, have control over Mew, and is a Chosen One. He'll practically do anything to keep you happy, sastified, and under his command, even if it means staging an assault on Blackthorn of all places. Or lending you extra help, if need be...

Well, I trying try to read and undestand the creation to undestand better. And meta thread creation too. From what I could undestand:

a) We are given 6 point to distribuite our stats, who is Strengh, Vitality, Dexterity, Insight and Special (I think this is the ones? If I forgot someone tell me). Speciaties if I undestand the rules is special "actions" we focus, like the Fight Specialiaty Brawl to focus physical fight with kicks and punchs.

b) We can use 3 Pokemon. Two battler and one suport. I kinda confused about that ones. But from I can undestand Battles can have HP to 11 and suport 6 and humans from I could read the book until now, (I in page 49), humans have 5 HP. Since I thinking to make a full Tandor team I would like a little help.

c) Pokemons have max happiness and loyalty and thats a relief because its something least to do.

d) Each mon can have one Hold item.

e) Characters begin with 1500 cash.

f) Each character can use a hidden weapon.

g) Characters have criminal level from 0 to 11.

h) Complete win conditions: Rob 15 pokemons, steal or collect 20.000, kill two key targets, caugh the mew during festival, conduct a heist on the Celadon Pokémon Center OR Kidnapped Gym Leader Erika.

Until now its what I could undestand. There others things but I not mention for now. I have some questions I would like to ask if you dont mind Windos.

a. Special Stat does not exist in our campaign, and its effectively replaced by STR (Strength), which is the Attribute that adds to Pokémon's attacks. Skill are Fight, Survival, and Knowledge, and each of their add to the Accuracy/probability of success to all actions. Specialties are like micro skills that benefit a specific type of action (Like a Pokémon attack) or Check (Like Bluffing you way out of a bad situation). If you read the Game Thread, you should get a understanding on how all of these work in game. If you need help, I will be happy to demonstrate how these work!

b. Battlier can have a Base HP (Final HP of humans and Pokémon is the Trainer's Vitality Score + Base HP) no more than 11, and a Support no more than 6. Battliers have to be a 2nd Stage Evolution or less, unless said 2nd Stage Pokémon can evolve by trade or item use, and you can rationalize/explain how they got to their third stage. Support have to be a 1st Stage evolution, unless it can evolve via trade/item etc.

Battliers can have 4 Free moves to add to their intial attack list, and one of them can be TM/Tutorable. Supports can only have 2 Free Moves, and only one of them can be TM/Tutorable. Each Pokémon can have one item that is found in the base video games of your choice, and this includes items that can trigger Mega Evolutions. However, you do not start out with a Keystone, so unless you find a person who has one, then be quite careful about making plans around them.

Since you are making a full Tandor Team, just give me the Pokémon on your team, and I'll determine what base HP they will have.

f. Conceled weapon can not be a Fire arm or something EXTREMELY OBVIOUS (No chainsaws or Katanas!) , but anything you can hide on your person or in your bag will qualify. Can be Physical weapons, chemical, exotic, what have you! Creativity will serve you well!

You will have your own Custom Objective(s) to complete, although their may be some overlap with Reiner's/Dragonstrike's if I and they allow it. Once you give me your character sheet and permission to edit it, I can get started on making it.

Make sure you read some of the rules from the Skull Ruins campaign as well. That's the ruleset that this campaign's is based off of, so it's fairly important to go over that information.
