... ... ... No... That was a joke when I said Erika being on the dark side would be quite a plot twist... Now I'm indeed mindblown. I don't enjoy this plot twist, at all, for several reasons, but since I'm in no point at all to say something, I'll keep my mouth shut and accept Gamemaster's decision.

I just shouldn't have, with that alive imagination of mine and my knowing for Windos' style on describing actions in RPs. *nosebleeds onto keyboard, deliberatly trying to stop it, but faints from the sheer blood loss before that* ...How the hell can Reiner stay so straightforward?!

However, @Lord Windos, even if Reiner can practically do what he want now on the Flower Festival without having to fear too much (or anything) from the Gym, I doubt this would stop Mitchell from being after him, since she's a person who prefers to work alone anyway = not that inclined to listen to what the Gym has to say/only getting suspicious if she'd notice that none seems to care for him and his thievery anymore?

Mitchell and Valarie work completely independently from both the Gym AND Police force, so Erika can't stop you at ALL. Mitchel doesn't even give a damn about Erika anyway, beyond their official capacity as Gym Leader, so your still on the hunt for Reiner! However, Erika's protection does NOT extend to Spiritmon's character, though, so they are still up for grabs by the Gym! Neither you or Valarie now about them in game, however, so...

If you didn't like the NSFW part of the Erika encounter, you really won't like what I have planned for Romeo and Juliet. Its not as overtly sexual, but its...not very tasteful for the average person, really. PM the details of your full reaction to that part, though, since I am always willing to hear what you say about my posts/work! Need a critical eye to review my work from time to time, after all.

Reiner's end of the deal was just that he would avoid purposely disturbing the festival further (and provide more mushrooms at a later, unspecified date).  He still can't do whatever he wants because of the police presence, but he's accomplished all his potentially disruptive missions now and can focus on doing other things.  He still intends to deal with those 'thorns' as quietly as he can.

And he can keep his cool and continue on mostly unfazed because he's pretty focused on his own personal goals.

Multiple actions work likes so: You can preform more than one move per round, but each extra move detracts for the Accuracy Pool of all the Moves / Actions used, which vary depending on the number of actions you take per round.

2 Actions used in a single round reduces the Accuracy Pool of the First move/action used by 2, and the Second move/action by 3

3 Actions used in a single round reduces the Accuracy Pool of the First move/action used by 3, the Second by 4, and the Third by 5

4 Actions used in a single round reduces the Accuracy Pool of the First move/action used by 4, the Second by 5, the Third by 6, and the fourth by 7

5 Actions used in a single round reduces the Accuracy Pool of the First move/action used by 5, the Second by 6, the Third by 7, the Fourth by 8, and the Fifth by 9

No more than Five actions can be undertaken by any character or Pokémon, no excepetions.

Example

If a single Flamethrower have the Accuracy Pool of 9D6 (nine six-sided dice) , then if you used two of them in one round, The First Flamethrower (Without any Pain Modifications or Accuracy Debuffs) Accuracy Pool would be 7D6, and the Second one's would be 6D6!

Move moves per round means more possible damage, but less likely to Crit on average AND each move having lower Accuracy.

Single Actions per round gain a +2 Accuracy Dice to their Accucary Roll, which makes it easier to land those moves and Crit on them!

Its up to you to decide which course of action would be more optimal: Mutliple Actions or a Single One?

Not quite. More like the difference between fire one well place shot and empting the guns entire clip wildly at once. The former is more accurate and has a high chance to hit something vital, but the latter can deal much more bodily damage, even if individual shots are more likely to miss and hit vital areas.

Single Actions is to mostly insure that a move hits and/or  deals damage, while Mutliple Actions is to quickly rush down an opponent with massive firepower. Which one is more preferable is up to debate, really.
