How that smol little Spritzee appears...not just unfazed but truly PLEASED over having a new gauntlet'ed Master and Wielder earns him an tender headpat and endearing look - one that Bernhard feels comfortable enough to express here; given he's all alone, hecking exhausted, semi-magic-locked aka vulnerable, and his mind and emotions being an utter mess because the former run-down with Morgana has been a willlld emotional rollercoaster once more in a bad and good sense. Thankfully though, he's got all the time now to unwind, savour the by now probably cold tea himself, feed Spritzee whatever treats are left on the breakfast table, and integrate their SPE to the Gauntlet - all while acknowleding and appraising them displaying their moves and powers.
How they, however, are utterly fixated and enticed by gems is not missed by Bern, it is in fact curiously noted. "Having an eye and love for the prettiest of stones, haven't you? Well..... Consider yourself quite lucky, blessed if you wish, for I DO have a quite particular one in my posession that might satisfy and capture you..."
Carefully, meaningfully and theatralically so to ensure he's got Spritzee's FULL ATTENTION, Bernhard reaches into the inside-pocket of his fine Sky-Scimitar-robe, and what he pulls out from there to carefully present to Spritzee...
...happens to be the Astral Stone in the shape of a stylus, having obtained right when this story and jouney unfolded.
It is placed down with utter care in front of the smol pink pufball. "Say, wouldn't you...wish to hold onto that for me and in my name? If you are willing to promise me that, whatever may happen and occure, you shall not ever loosen your grip on it, never misplace it, not avert your watchful eyes from it. Keeping a tight hold on this...treasure in my name, ever and ever please you shall, and you are allowed to be its holder - if you wish and desire to be, that is."
(Note: Spritzee didn't came holding an Item, did he? But if he did, we could just swap it.)
You're fairly certain that Morgana specifically choose this Spritzee based on compatibility with you and coached/told it all about you in the most slanted and positive view possible to paint you as the most Ideal Master for him. The witchy fae leaves things to chance often enough, but when it comes to gifts and boons she tends to pull out the red and flower scented carpet! Oh, and it's you we're talking about. Fortune Favors you as much as it loves to be so coy and playfully mean, and the same can be said for Morgana too!
The lil' ball o' 'fume eyes nearly pop out of their fluffball as they gazed upon the Astral Stone; you swear you saw actual stars in his eyes! Once you offered it to him he dang near Fainted in pure ecstacy and delight, quickly floating over to grab and Hold it...!
...Only for it to pass right through his fae feathers!
Shocked, they try over and over to get it, but to no avail - the Astral Stone stays exactly where you placed it. Until you picked it up again, however, which causes a mixed reaction from the Spritzee: a bit of a pout at not getting to touch such a sacred piece of the cosmos, and amazement that you were apparently Special and Strange enough to do so. They got over it quickly, hopping into that hand and on/through the Astral Stone, dancing on/through it as they revealed in it, you, and simple Happiness.
From what little time you spent with him, you felt that overall this guy might be a bit of a handful, but that he is more than worth it. Not only for what he provides, but what he represents as well - Love, and the ever free and fragrant Breeze...
If nothing else is to be done, that'll serve as a nice way to finish your 1st Encounter - now onto your Morning/Encounter 2 Business!
....Which means finding a way to make up with Zephy. Again.

Choose 1 Pokemon: They gain a 1 Time Semi-Perma Buff - Savior Be Me. If you end up in another bad situation like that and your Pokemon are Recalled/Held Away, this one Mon will be with you and auto release themselves to defend you. The buff will then expire.

Oz clearly was scared after such an experience. First things first: She decided to go to the police station first and inform the cops about the experience, the description of “John” appearance and his thugs underlings. After take the necessary information gave, she send a message to everyone:

I'm gonna go to the Koffee Kafe for a meeting with Bernard. Gonna get some help with the cops before I do something.
My choice of Pokemon for the buff Savior Be Me will be Fortuna. She is gonna be helpful with Flying and Spread Moves.
Oz also requested a cop to accompany her if possible to Kudo Koffee Kudos since she still needs some security. Also she is still frightened with the possibility of meeting John or his underlings again. And decided to wait for Bernard with a cop, since is still scared.

He has no doubts that he's going to be walking into something chaotic and stressful, but everyone here is on a time limit, including him, darn it! They want him to put his life on the line and bail their sorry asses out? They're gonna have to stick to his schedule, however he can arrange it!

The rest of your musing doesn't get much of a response from the good doctor, though she does take a good look at the B.L. Card and says she'll do some Research on them when she gets the chance. Not something she normally would humor, but she has since learnt that when Strangeness and Unique things come in Sutalor, rarely do they simply bear tidings and leave well enough alone.
Plus, she wants to have your back, and part of that is making sure you're not going to be tangoing with some relatively Unown group without some intel on them!
Your commitment to Sign gets a Sigh of resignation-filled relief, a heavy burden place on their shoulders but the most important decision in awhile being made at long last. She gives you a single nod, her normally expressionless face briefly flashing some regret, before she departs abruptly to do whatever else that need to be straightened out with all the force and finesse she can muster (A lot) .

The Main Government Seat of Sutalor was indeed a mess. A grandiose, classical and neo technomagical designed work of art that spoke to the prosperity and Future minded vision that the heads of state have for their 'fair' land, but a mess was mess, no matter how it was dressed. A certain few friends and your Mentor taught you that lesson several times (always N+1 more than your liking)....
People is suits, robes, or odd but official garb, stuffy wigs or waxed on hairdos (and some bald), and mostly old people were racing back and forth furiously, most with either paper or Items in hand, trying to get where they needed to be to put out the latest fire that popped up since the last 5 minutes or so. You even spot a few running around screaming, driven to the breaking point of just needing to vent, as well as a few crouched in the middle of the floor sobbing or staring blankly (some with a few comforting them, some not) - and this was treated as completely normal and to be expected.
Overall, things were not going... smoothly for the government, but they were still functioning, gosh darn it all!
It doesn't take long for you to get notice, and you were practically Teleported over to an office with a semi-bald man in a black and blue dress suit (thing of the Pointy Haired Boss from Dilbert, but with white hair and looking friendly but extremely nervous and sweaty) have a pen place into your hand and the Contract before you, ready for reveiw and to be signed.

You're fairly certain that Morgana specifically choose this Spritzee based on compatibility with you and coached/told it all about you in the most slanted and positive view possible to paint you as the most Ideal Master for him. The witchy fae leaves things to chance often enough, but when it comes to gifts and boons she tends to pull out the red and flower scented carpet! Oh, and it's you we're talking about. Fortune Favors you as much as it loves to be so coy and playfully mean, and the same can be said for Morgana too!
The lil' ball o' 'fume eyes nearly pop out of their fluffball as they gazed upon the Astral Stone; you swear you saw actual stars in his eyes! Once you offered it to him he dang near Fainted in pure ecstacy and delight, quickly floating over to grab and Hold it...!
...Only for it to pass right through his fae feathers!
Shocked, they try over and over to get it, but to no avail - the Astral Stone stays exactly where you placed it. Until you picked it up again, however, which causes a mixed reaction from the Spritzee: a bit of a pout at not getting to touch such a sacred piece of the cosmos, and amazement that you were apparently Special and Strange enough to do so. They got over it quickly, hopping into that hand and on/through the Astral Stone, dancing on/through it as they revealed in it, you, and simple Happiness.
From what little time you spent with him, you felt that overall this guy might be a bit of a handful, but that he is more than worth it. Not only for what he provides, but what he represents as well - Love, and the ever free and fragrant Breeze...
If nothing else is to be done, that'll serve as a nice way to finish your 1st Encounter - now onto your Morning/Encounter 2 Business!

Huhhh... This...hasn't happened before, and it's noted. Granted though, Bernhard hasn't tried giving that Astral Stone to any of his 'Mon before to hold... Except Zephy for just shortly, when they were up high on the roof of that skyscrapper the day before yesterday, if he recalls correctly. Does that potentially mean she is, just like him, Special and Strange 'enough'? That'd actually make a weird sort of sense now to think about it, and could lowkey explain what other things were felt in that Astral Plane. In one way or the other, this was odd, curious, and extraordinary; and gives a lot of food for thought that he GLALDY dwells on, it's a most-welcome distraction from the mess from earlier this morning.
Means, for a bit of a while Bernhard just dwells there, resting their head on one arm while the other - matchingly the gauntlet'ed one - holds up the Astral Stone to simply observe how the light of the room is refracting on it and how smol Spritzee coos over it.
Soon enough it gets stored away where it's been drawn from again, and their focus is brought back to the present scene. Spritzee - he receives, as a sort of apology, a gentle touch with the back of Bern's hand. "I took as a 'no, do not give away this particular gemstone', quite literally. Apologies, my dear lil' one..." *musters the pink fae bird* "Though there is no need to fret or be sad or enraged, no. Our path is just unfolding, and the possibilities of finding treasure you too are able to admire and find joy in are endless, no doubt."
"For now though, it shall suffice. I do have to...indulge in business again and at last. You may get to you know your fellow partners at a diferent time, if you probably wish to do so." Aaand Spritzee gets recalled into his Friend Ball - what a fitting choice of Pokeball it was too, Bernhard has got to his his most dear fairy maiden (' Stop with the terms of endearment, you fool!', he mentally scolds himself) that much. And with that, our stern and kuudere-until-hitting-the-right-nerves Scimitar does get up and makes his way...
First stop, how's Mr. Gleam himself doing? Still sleeping and snoozing likely? (if he is, Bernhard mentally sighs, but accepts and lets hims catch up on rest.)
Next stop going upstairs. Where Myra, Nirix, Saph, that Saphire Pendant and - yes indeed - Zephy await. Bernhard will enter the room and greet both Myra and Nirix - who thankfully didn't catch anything of what occured downstairs, lucky! - and his artistic birdmouse all usually and like he normally does, quite literally like nothing has happened downstairs at all and like a certain fairy lady didn't accompany their breakfast. If Zephy DARES to start about Morgana again, Bern would immediately halt her with - every emphasis possible, mind you! - by placing one or wo fingers onto her mouth, a manner of stopping her right here and right now. An unimpressed look accompanies this gesture, and stern words of "Hush. Enough of THAT. Not now please. Back to business and more...important matters. Our focus right now... *gestures owards Saph* ...it shall lay on her and the curse pestering her, as it should be now."
Speaking of her - how is she doing, and change to be noticable? How does the Saphire Pendant 'react' if we'll take it into the Gauntlet hand, in a manner of 'the time has come at last'?

Vernon is ready to tour. When they get to the fish tanks, he might try to catch an item - I don't think anything on his wishlist is likely to be in that tank, unless they somehow have a Dodozo.
