The right turn at that corridor leads Team OS to another long hallway, the ground gently sloping upwards before splitting into another fork.  The path to the right seems to slope back downwards, while the one to the left seems to slope upwards even more.

   

As the torches light the group's way through the hallway, the party eventually notices that there's torchlight ahead of them already, silhouetting two figures.

And when the group gets closer, they see that it's a certain Chimical and Solosis, who have seemingly stopped in the middle of a conversation to see who's approaching.

The two of them don't waste any time in addressing the newly formed Team.

"Well, well, well, if it issssn't Marcusssss'sssss new friendsssssss.  Membersssss of the Guild now, I sssssssee."

"Ah yes, I do remember seeing them in the dining hall yesterday.  Yes, definitely an expected outcome.  Though meeting you here...rather unexpected.  Nothing that interferes with our goals, however."

Chimical snickers, then questions the party.

"Ssssssso, what bringssss you all here?  Call me curiosssss."

Ohhhhhh, it's Team Artificers once again!~ Ziggy Kee's got...rather mixed feeling about seeing them here, but he masks that by giving Chimical a rather toothy grin accompanied by a somewhat sly expression (all while not leaving Pyra's side at aaaaaall, apearantly he seems to not mind too much that she's...like, super-glued to him; it flatters him more than it'd unnerve him). "Weeeell, hewo 'gain!~ Nat goin' t'tel what WE're doin' here unless YOU are willin' to share likewise though!~"

Kogeki decided to not share any expression to himself. Only the usual serious and stoic expression towards Team Artificers. "It's been a while, Chimical and Solosis. Yeah, we joined in the same Guild. Yeah, a pretty strange way we meet here. Fate do have a strange of humor."

"Well, like my friend here said, we will not share our information unless you are willing to do the same. Precaution it's something we must have, even among members of the same Guild."

Chimical chuckles at Kogeki's remarks while Solosis watches the scene with a rather composed and neutral expression.

"Awhile?  Why, it'ssss only been a day or two...ssssoundssss rather reccccent to me."

"We cannot fault you for wishing to withold information.  However, we simply were asking to be polite."

"Polite?  Maybe you would, Ssssssolossssisssss, but not me.  No, I want to know every nitty gritty little detail about why they're intruding upon our turf..."

Chimical strolls right up to Kee and gets in his grill as he says that, putting them face to face almost quite literally.

"Still, we aren't really doing anything in particular right now.  There should be little harm in playing their game."

"I sssssupossssse not.  Lissssssten, you newcomersssss.  We came here to recharge an ally of ourssssss.  Messsssssss with ussssss, and you'll have to deal with them...you didn't come here with the intent of doing that, did you?"

Chimical still hasn't moved and is staring Kee straight in the eyes, almost daring the Zigzagoon to try something with that look alone.

Pyra has this to say about Chimical and Solosis, upon first contact: "*Questioning Looking* .....Who are you two again, who know us so vaguely as I do know of you?"

Yeap, she's completely forgotten about the existence of Team Artificer since their first meeting with the group. Granteda lot has happened in the meantime and she was still recovering from her first bout of Confusion, so the lapse in memory could be forgiven. Perhaps not by the T.A. , but she doesn't really care about them so their opinions are mute.

Aside from that comment, she's more or less placid and calm around the chimera pup and the green blob, but when the former get aggressively close to Kee she responds in kind, moving from his (Kee's) side (as mentioned earlier, she was right by him) to loam over them, resting a hopefully calming claw onto her furry punk star's head while staring down their would-be provoker with a gimlet stare and tight smile.

"We understand, Poisonous Leo Cub Chimical, indeed, but comprehend for yourselves too that what you ask applies to us as well, as is fairness' due. That includes not starting trouble when there is no need or want for it, respecting us and the boundaries of our persons, and letting us get on with our business unmolested, yes? "

It almost was not a question, the way she phrased her words and the subtle air of protective menace she was exuding, but none the less she was not rising up to their incendiary tactics. Yet. If they kept being pests or elevated their current levels of disrespectfulness to become a legitimate problem.....

"Cut the power play intimidation Bouffalant shit. We've got no plans to mess with you, but if you even sneeze in a slightly threatening way, we're gonna be the utter shit out of you and leave you here for those absolutely delightful Litwick. We don't really need to tell you what we're up to here, so you can help out your friend, and we'll go on our way. And as for this being your turf, I seriously doubt it. But lemme say it again, just in case it wasn't clear earlier. We don't want to pick a fight."

Dax turns to Kogeki and asks "Can we move on now mate? Things to do, places to go, people to see."

Kogeki chuckle a bit. "What I can say? Its because we been busy with a lot of things we didn't get time to remember a recent meet among us. You two don't exactly looks like the friendly type you see."

"What we do or not it's not of your business. So stop doing the intimidating attempt because it is ridiculous."

"As long you two don't stand in our way, or mess with us too, we have no reason to fight. But if you threat the life of my Team...Well, there ways in beat a quimera and a psychic being."

Kogeki said that words with power and strength, showing a more opposing Aura, showing those two one simple message: Team Omega Seekers will not bow to the antics of Team Artificers or anyone who treat everyone in such way. And Kogeki gelid and determined eyes show that message.

When Daxter spoke Kogeki then look at him. "I agree my friend. We still have things to do." Kogeki then begin to talk. Passing close to Solosis and asking him. "Unless there is something else you two want to talk with us? Because if not, we will continue our path."

Kogeki said those words as he dangerous look at Solosis, almost like a predator thinking in devourer his next Aura Meal. Of course he will not do that for obvious reasons since those two are members, but as a temporary leader he must show a strong position. "So?" Ask Kogeki again.

Ohhh how clever of Chimi, trying to PROVOKE Ziggy Kee like that. Guess they seem to know aaaall tooooo weeeeeell that he in particular isn't scared of picking on stronger Pokemon, and enjoys battlig to the point of...

...In fact it takes him a lot to determination and self-control to NOT bite, scratch or headbutt now that the poisonous chimaera's THAT close to him, to NOT let his instincts and inner urge to mess with them get the better of him - I'll spend 1 Will Point on that. Pyra's calming presence and mostly a claw of hers resting so softly on his head are doing wonders, helping him to not snap at Chimi here. Aww...

But he doesn't flinch from their STAAAAARE, in fact he STAAAAARES back with his own deep-red eyes, it soon becomes a staring contest between furry raver and red feline. With a wide, almost maniac smile he speaks up: "Ah, recharge an ally of yars... I see!~ Nah, I am NAT 'nterested in messing with 'em or ya, not now 't least - We're on some missions here, after all, can't negelct these!~~" Chimi shared what they are doing here in the Hall of Magic, so it's only fair to share what they are doing here.

Kee in his best sarcastic tone: "Huh, 'n ya're sayin' that this is yar turf...? I, uh, didn't know that these Mystery Dungeons belong to anyone!~ I BET dear Floette would 'ave told us if that were the case wouldn't she?~*sarcastic tone end* *cough *Now, we held ya up long enough, haven't we?
