Chymucks are not allowed on WT, due to past trolls flooding the servers with them. Its weird, but that the way they handled the matter. I'll take anything from you; just put up the request on GTS, asking for a Eevee and Nuclear Tanscure (Not by level), and I'll get to them soon enough! If I don't get to them, someone else probably will, so you'll get the Pokémon you want either way.
