Help Help me Sketch rare moves!

Hi guys, I hope this is the right place to submit this request.

Lately I've been wanting to breed a strategic Sylveon with Wish. Sadly it only learns it as an egg move, and the only Pokemon that learn it by levelling up are the Luxi line, which are part of the Dragon Egg Group. Therefore, unless I'm missing something, Sylveon/Eevee can never learn Wish in Uranium.

My idea is to have a male Ratsy/Raffiti sketch Wish from a Luxi/Luxor/Luxelong, then leave it at the day care with a female Eevee. I'm not sure if that could work, but if it does, it could be a way for Raffiti (Field Egg Group) to work as a substitute for Luxi, to pass on Wish to the baby Eevee.

Now I've had the worst of luck since normally I would have sketched Wish in a double battle with my own Raffiti and Luxi. But double battles don't occur in the wild. So I've tried encountering wild Duplicats, having them Transform into my Luxi (knowing only one move : Wish), then switching out to Raffiti and using Sketch. But I've been super unlucky, as all the Duplicats I've encountered were under level 33, and never even had Transform in their moveset to begin with! They only knew Confuse Ray, Double Team, Copycat and Substitute!

So what I'm asking is for a gentle soul to battle me in an unranked battle with a pokemon that has Wish in its moveset.
Turn 1 : Raffiti uses a random move. / Faster Wish-user calls for a wish
Turn 2 : Raffiti uses Sketch. / Faster Wish-user uses Wish
Turn 3 : Raffiti uses a random move / Faster Wish user uses a damaging move and wins the match.
Now I only hope that Raffiti still remembers the sketched Wish once back in solo mode, if not...

If you're not especially up for the experience of sketching a move, I have plenty of Eevee with Wish in their move pool. Since you're after a strategic Sylveon, its hidden ability (Pixilate) might be worth considering as well. So, if you would like to obtain one from me...

Woops I guess I was so set on trying to get wish that I forgot that Pixilate isn't Sylveon's regular Ability...
I would love to trade for one of your Wish Eevee (even a non HA Eevee would do if you're not willing to part with one of your HA ones). I'm afraid I don't really have anything special to trade for it though

I have several HA Glaslug, + shiny Tricwe and Tubjaw that I can offer
