If everyone takes it slow, there's absolutely no problem with that.  If even one person starts attacking more quickly, though, everyone else ends up at a huge disadvantage if enough of those hits land.

Pokerole is what Dies Irae from the Skull Ruins campaign described as a game of Rocket Tag.  Whoever can nab the advantage first often times has the easiest time keeping it.

Of course, using naturally inaccurate but incredibly powerful moves like Thunder, Hypnosis, Dynamic Punch, and Horn Drill are pretty hard to do if you're attacking fast and furiously, so that's another thing to consider.

There's a whole range of things to consider when determining how many actions you'll take in a round.

Don't worry about joining this fight, I got plenty more tonight that would be far more suited for a Double Battle that a single one, alright my friend? After all, Agemi Strans, a Mega Evolution demonstrator, might have a Key Stone for you to pilfer, and you would very much want to be at your full power for that fight...

Well, at least you forced Valarie into sacking his second best fighter on you in a Kamikaze Attack, and forced the battlefield to be reset.

Also, I had to roll for Brine's Damage twice, since I found it damage the first time so atrocious that I refused to let Kingdra wiff a move that hard! That second roll better damage literally changed the outcome of that battle and my plans for it, so don't feel to bad about it!
