Hmm, perhaps you should wait for Arial returns from the coma. A UB its not something Reiner would fight alone. A extra pair of hands would help. Astronite have might be weak to bug, but have Psychic moves and Fire Moves who can help. And lets not forget we have Xenoqueen who have not only Nuclear Moves but Fire Moves too. And there is Gaspar who can use Transform, a priority move.

By the time the encounter can be done, Arial will be back up.  The issue is he's nowhere near Reiner currently, and Reiner and Emily are going to be talking with Mina when he regains consciousness.  If Arial can't find Reiner by the time the Vampire attacks, no backup for him.  Unless Angelica is helping him, maybe.  Her Golbat should perform fairly well in the fight, too.

I'd say it be reasonable for Reiner to at least know where/which hospital Arial is being taken for treatment and recovery, since he could have asked Samael and/or recognized where the EMT works at based on their uniform/equipment and procedure use. He could also request Proton to illegally pull up Arial's medicail records and see where he has been admitted at recently, but that could take longer than either of you like. Officer Angelica would also where he's being treated at or at least be able to give him a lead, given her involvement in the crime at the time and the fact that her brainwashed mind would want her to learn everything relevant about Big Situation or Incident, and inform her master/superior.

As for Arial himself, they could always just call Reiner with either a disposable phone, pay phone, cell phone etc.. and just update him where he's at and how's he doing. Arial could also get into contact with Proton and have him help them find out where Reiner is at, but that's also liable to piss the Executive off a bit, since it was your character's job to be with them at all times/prevent fuck ups like that from happen. They could also head over to the Pokémon City and wait their for Reiner, and just so happen to meet up when he's coming to pick up Emily for their meeting with Mina.

Basically, there are several way for both your character to get into contact or 'coincidently' meet up with one another, so if you two want to team up together and try to hunt down/be hunted down by the Vampire, then get them together somehow! Its not like I'm deliberately keeping you two apart or putting barrars between your cooperation. Well, at least not yet, anyways.

If any of those is going to work with my current plan of action, it'd probably be Arial contacting Reiner via phone. My current plan was to have Reiner get to the location where he and Emily are meeting Mina ahead of time so they wouldn't have to worry about being late for any number of reasons (including but not limited to the Vampire, Mitchell, not knowing where the meeting location is right away, etc.)

And then once they're there, Reiner would be able to kill time by talking with Kyubi, Emily, and/or Mew (Kyubi being the priority since he's promised to explain what's going on to her)

And since Reiner would be there for two encounter slots (I assume that would all take two, anyways...), that would mean Arial would have to find Reiner before anything happened...

Perhaps. But have some logic. Mew can transform and ditto too. Both have the same Pink color. And when you find Mewtwo (Mew clone) you find Ditto very close to Mewtwo area. If nothing else, all feline Pokémon are distantly related to Mew, but the same can be said for most other Pokémon in this world. Given that they are all cats, though, perhaps that genius of Pokemon shares more DNA/traits in common with the divine kitty than the average creature, but that is just speculation on my part. In the case that is true, Gasper probably is the more closely related to her than any other Pokémon besides Mewtwo/maybe Ditto, but that's not saying to much given the sheer generation gaps between the two (Normally).

I'd recommend NOT having Gasper transform into Mew, my friend. Not because they couldn't handle their power (They could quite easily, as befitting of their species), but they'd have access to ALL of it. The psychic feline might not appreciate a pretender using all the moves/powers SHE currently doesn't have access to atm, or simply having an untrained/unexperience Pokémon having access to them. Reiner saw just how bad/bizaare her powers can get, but can you imagine a noob with her capabilities. Its a recipie for hi0jink or disaster, if things are not taken very very very carefully. Consider yourself warned, my friend!

Nah its just apearence only not power. Gaspar can Transform in one pokemon to copy his abilities or just stetic apearance. Lets say Gaspar would Transform into a huge boulder of stone. Thats not precisely say he can have the same mass, weigh and material totaly equal. Just to annoy Mew and Reiner. Just copy Mew apearence, not his/her powers.

But I like it that idea about Gaspar being close to Mew. Thats one of the reasons why I choose Duplicat to be one of my Pokemon. Because he very similar to Mew (and because I like cats. I have three in my house :3 )

I'd actually argue that Transform can only make the user as strong as their target, not stronger, due to the nature of the attack's effects.  But I doubt Mew would appreciate the mimicry either way. Particularly since she's still got at least a little of her incredible and terribbly dangerous power.
