If i give it to a pokemon to hold, does it increase their friendliness/likability towards me? 

I've tried googling but i haven't found anything that says what those items actually do.

I like the concept of the Aromatic Pokémon, but their poor stats and movepool is kinda of a let down for me, especially with Miasmedic. That doctor is perfect for a Bulk Up/Gyro Ball/Poison Jab/Recover Moveset or similar, but its just not in the cards for it. It really need some TLC before it can truelly start curing people....or killing them!

New Shiny does looks cool, though!

Oh. Well, now that you mention it, they are well suited for that play style as well, but where the heck are you going to find a reliable Trick Room Setter in Uranium's meta? Dramsama, maybe (If its nerfed bulk doesn't do it it, I mean...)?
