To be clear, Reiner would not have noticed the mirror or them unless they passed their Alertness Roll, and the roll was only showed because he passed it. I've been doing this for quite sometime, and this is the first time that he has finally aced his roll, and only barely did he do so.

Yeah...definitely.  And it seems to lend some credence to that statement made earlier...oh dear...

If there is one thing I can tell you about THEM, its that despite their....abrasiveness, they always speak truthfully, even if they are vague with the details, twisty with their words, or not putting much wieght behind them at all! Lying is beneath them, since why bother when mortals do a good enough job corrupting facts to their own ends?

As for her, relax, she's only been watching you up until now, and is liable not to do anything else unless you provoke her somehow. Like say call attention to the fact that Reiner knows her exist- oh. ....Well, I hope nothing amiss comes from this?

What can I say?  Reiner's a bit in over his head with all this stuff happening to him recently, so talking to the one character who might actually be able to tell him about a little of what's going on isn't really all that surprising imo...

It's less that she's appeared and more that Reiner finally noticed she was watching him...

Also, on the note of the Reverse/Distortion World...well, they're the same, but different, so I'm not really sure which one might be canon for this universe...not that it matters too much as long as it's not relevant to the campaign's story...

Yeah, but to Giratina itself to appear...you think she suspect Mew its not really Mew? Or its because she sense the presence of the Cursed Arms? If this is, then we might have to fight not only Cursed Arm users but Legendaries too. *Sigh* Why be a villain rocket its always difficult?
