Nope, Damp acts as a AoE effect, meaning that all Allies AND Enemies benefit and suffer from its effects if they are within range (Which they typically are, unless they are trying to snipe you). It makes the whole environment humid, not just the immediate area around the user.

Gotcha.  Makes sense, really.  And Yang is going to LOVE that effect, I'm sure...

Originally, this Abiliy was going to act only like Misty Fields + Damp Rock, but then I realized that it would actually gimp Kingdra if it ever dared use it, so I quickly nixed the idea and came up with this current interation. A whole lot more interesting, don't you think?

Remember, Damp's Electric Resistence debuff applies here too, so it effectively removes Yang's Resistance towards the element. He'd better aim those Thunders caaarefully now....

Definitely a lot better.  And yeah, Damp is...not a great ability for the most part without some considerable buffing.  Cool, nothing can use Self Destruct, Explosion, Fission Burst, and Aftermath, and...that's it.  Swampert would have loved that Explosion immunity back in gen 4, though.  That on its own would have been worth it back then on such a tanky pokemon that was subject to getting blown up all the dang time.

Ooh, so it makes EVERYTHING weaker to Electric moves?  Wow.  Yup, Yang is definitely going to have a lot of fun with that...

Consider all the benefits it gives to EVERYONE, its only fair their are some steep penalties associate with it! Mystic Water + Magnet + Damage Stop + Universal Resistence to Fire and Ground moves, all for the cost of being weaker to Electricity and Heat based moves doing all sorts of strange things? Sounds balance to me!

Also, Fission Burst can be still used, but its power is nerfed into the ground (STR + 3, compared to Explosion's damage + 5 ) , but Radiation is still a huge problem. Only Pokémon that can use it without some SERIOUS SHENANIGANS is Xenoqueen, however, so I doubt you will have to worry about that~

Well, you wanted to learn more about Angelica, so here you go! Backstory of Doom and Crazed Love, just for you! The irony is that she ended up just like her mother in a way, as she's devoted to you and would do similarly awful and/or morally/unlawful things to ensure your protection and good favor. Guess you can't outgrow family, eh?

Also, thread is being closed tonight, since I need to think about how Angelica going to process this whole conversation, and Arial and/or Phantom will be needed if either Riza or Mina is going to be questioned and debriefed. That alright, mate?

@Dragonstrike, might be a bit prudent to ask what Arial wants to do specifically to 'fix' Riza before he tries anything, since it will give Reiner and Mew a better idea of what their are trying to achieve here. Mind fuckery is not an unknown subject to either of them, but this task is a little out of their comfort zone, or so I imagine. Nothing to liven things up like potentially going Super Insane, am I right?

You could also straight up refuse to help him if you don't believe 'Mew' would put up with such a thing, of course. Not going to railroad you into anything you don't want to do now!

As for the T.P.K. , as a weapon it has the power to break a person's mind, body, and SOUL, but it could potentially be also used as a tool/catalyst for Psychic Treatment/Therapy/Brainwashing her into becomming a non-threat/rid her of the desire/insticts to hunt female women for food. Just bring up the idea to 'Reiner'/Mew at some point, and she can help you out with that if 'Mew'/Reiner agrees with the plan. I'll say right now you can't cure her insanity this way, but you can at least reduce the more severe aspects of it to more managable/tolerable levels and make her more 'friendly' toward society as a whole.
