They need to release Angelure Town for this person! Make a pirate sidequest where that captain mentioned by Jack
releases the three sea beasts- and when you beat him you take his position to become pirate captain!
(This is totally a competitive suggestion btw!!)

I don't know how possible this would be, but if the devs could somehow make a record of what pokemon are popular in online battling, that would be amazing. We could do usage statistics here!

I check Flareon's wiki page, and indeed, in Pokemon Uranium Flare Blitz is replaced by Fire Blast in Flareon's moveset.
Flareon has an amazing 130 in Attack compared to a decent 95 in Special Attack. Flareon's been able to learn Flare Blitz since XY. I notice that the battling mechanics seem to be more geared towards BW2 despite the existence of Fairy-Type and a couple gen VI Pokemon, but there's no reason for Flareon to be denied one of the few moves it can make full use of.
On that note, give it Flame Impact too. Might as well.
I would suggest replacing Lava Plum, which is learned by Flareon at Lv. 37, with Flame Impact. Flareon doesn't get any physical STAB moves apart of Fire Fang, which is quite weak.

Flame Impact would be better for Flareon, it has abysmal hp so Flare Blitz kills it due to the recoil.
I have another suggestion, this one concerning TM's. Scald as a TM, please?

I say yay for both. Motion to carry out changes, devs? I would also like to bring forward the case for HA Luxi. It would be benefical to the competitive community to have access to this version as soon as possible. Perhaps a Mystery Gift option for the Holiday seasons? Its the gift that keeps on giving, after all...

When running Flareon in gen 6 meta, Flare Blitz is a staple due to it having access to Guts as a hidden ability. Flare Blitz + Guts + Toxic Orb can get really deadly with Flareon's amazing Attack stat.

Its also makes it as fragile as a saltine cracker, but it sure makes it into a glass cannon! I honestly think it should get both fire Phys. moves, just so that a player can choose priority or power to add to the firey furrball. Flame Impact is a safer bet with Drought Flareon if you are running a sun team around it.
