There's just been another hotfix dropped for the berry crash -- try running your patcher again.

Forget lead fibers, they should be molten slag right now in that hot, radioactive goo! I want some of that material for super insulation and anti-irradiation!

Aside from that, post this in the Bug Thread or send a PM to one of the devs, and they get on it as soon as possible. If not, well, its not like you can't do without berries, right?
