Also Windos, a quick question: From what I could re-read about warning level, I can loose one point of wanted level during each day. If I stay in the hotel for a whole day, can I reduce my level for how much since its scale up to 3 Points for avoid committing any criminal or ilicit activities?

If you stay in the hotel all day, stick to NOT doing any criminal activities and/or are careful with activities that COULD raise your Warning Level, and/or do criminal activities but don't get caught/investigated for them, then the amount your Warning Level will go down per day will increase, up to a maximum of 3 per day. For example, if you did something that automatically got you 4-5 Warning Level Points (Like Wanton Destruction or murdering someone important), then hide away for 3 Days, you would lose 1 Warning Level Point after 1 Day has passed, 2 more points after the 2nd Day has passed, and finally 3 more points after the 3rd Day has passed, for a grand total reduction of 6 Warning Level Points. 

I put this mechanic in place as a 'stress relief valve' , in the chance Reiner (and latter on Arial) royally fucked up in a big way that netted them MEGA WARNING POINTS! , and needed to get rid of them at the cost of restricted actions, time, and constant paranioa from the populous. So far neither of you guys have needed to 'wait it out' , since you've either been careful/competent or haven't royally fucked up, so congrats!

Also, Announcement: Not updating the Game Thread this weekend and Monday, due to studying for multiple exams that are coming next week. Sorry guys, but grades comes before games, and I rather spend what little free time I have engaged in Iron's game than sink it here (which is much more that in Iron's, since I don't have to managed EVERYTHING.). Not that I don't like doing my own campaign, but it is what it is.

That level the police gonna hunt Arial and be more suspect and even might hunt him down. I may lost a few encounters, but its better them be hunt/killed by police or Gym Leaders. Besides, Arial shall have enough enough stress after be exploded, see his brother die, leave a nightmare reality and finally a life/death mission in the Nuclear Factory to fight some kind of divine wanabee pokemon. I already put my character in more than enough Tauros shit until now....

Mina's currently doing nothing, or rather waiting for the next Day after having packed her stuff for DEPARTURE, I can wait as long as needed. I've also began to wonder whether we'll see Mitchell again, somehow I faintly miss controlling this half-mad androgynous Nightterror. A little.

Thing is, this campaign technically only lasts through Saturday in-game.  Or at least, that's only for the Celadon portion of it.  The NRF is probably going to be one of the last things we end up doing in this particular game thread.

I'd daresay Reiner's had it MUCH worse than Arial has, unfortunately.  Comparatively, anyways.

Mitchel won't be a problem until Saturday at the earliest, and even if you don't end up running into her that day or Sunday (if you decided to fully commit to screwing over Team Rocket instead of sticking to your guns or being a double agent of sorts) she'll likely pursue wherever Reiner ends up next on his quest to collect the Cursed Arms/overcome his role of 'Designated Broinic Hero' and simply have a nice, good life. No rest for the wicked, am I right  ?

Yeah. But after this last adventure, Arial will problably return to Tandor. With the money he will from the boss, he will finally acomplished a personal goal of his. Lets just say its something both normal and crazy to the same time.

That, and Arial is a Cursed Arm Wielder, which means if he splits off from Reiner without forking it over, they are obligated by THEM to hunt you down and retrieve it by ANY and ALL means permitted or NOT.

Or to put it simply: Life and the world will not be kind to either character until all is said and DONE. Only through great suffering and hardship shall they grow strong enough to throw off the shackles that the world imposes upon them, and live as how they want....

Or or simply dying. That is another way to get some peace, albeit a permenant way, and in Reiner's case that'll lead to an rather......'earnest' welcoming by the Queen of the Underworld....

I'll damn well screw a tight enough lid on this to keep from getting out, so mum is the word from here on out!"

He He He....I know you and opening up 'bout this type of stuff comes as naturally as a spritely Fairy type queing up with the sleepy Poison types, but if you ever talk about it sometime, I'll be right there in a jiffy, with plenty of stiff drink and all the time in the world. Silence for a moment, before he picked right up again in a much more chipper tone and continued like nothing heavy was declared.

"Anyway, you are cutting it rather close to what the Boss considers coverable under a Favor, but I can get you the Poke lickty split. Just wait outside the stand, and I'll send my Gengar over to with the care package. Have to say I'm surprised a stall is carrying premium Imperius Machina tech, but if I recall correctly Grillsby runs that place, so maybe he haggled them of his old army friends somehow. Anyone wearing that sweet gear is pretty much impervious to Radiation and most of what natural and science can through at ya, though, so we got nothing to complain about, am I right buddy?"

"About that.....I have some good news and bad news about the Nuclear Research Facility. Good news is that its seems that all the reports I could scrounge up about Nuclear Pokémon indicate they are confined to that area, and that nobody but the National Guard is loitering around that place, so you don't have to worry too much about going on a wild goose chase hunting glowing green monsters around the city, and you have free reign of the place once you slip past the cordon they have around that area. Oh, and that I managed to grab the security codes that'll open the gates and front doors of the facility without triggering all the alarms and any defense systems they could afford. That'll make it much easier for you to get into the place without stirring up the wrong type of trouble, but once you are in there you are on your own buddy. Sorry about that..."

"Bad news.....well, I'll be blunt and quick about it: it seems that place wasn't as mothballed as we first thought. Not by a longshot. Turns out that despite the City Council closing things down their officially several years back, it seems like some bigwigs from the Central Tohjo Government Branch and the United League Federation quietly moved in and restarted things under the city's noses a few months later. Been quietly opporated and kept real hush hush ever since until about 3 months ago, when something happened that caused all activity their to grind to a bloody halt. Couple weeks after that the first reports of Corrupt Nuclear Pokémon prowling the streets around the place and near incident and the National Guard swoop in to contain the situation and....well, that's just about all they've been doing actually. Well, 'sides from sending a couple of recon teams into the place, but from what I read they the first one came back missing a couple of members, and the remaining looking like all the worlds evils came and tore them into like a fat kid and a ham shank, and was and the other one....they didn't come back at all."

"Since then they've been monitoring the place, and shooting down anything that tries to enter or leave the place unauthorized. So yeeeaaah......something is Wishiwashi with that place before shit hit the fan, and now its become so dangerous that even the National Guard struggling to do more than seal the area.......or they've been ordered to ONLY do that, 'cause I know those guys have bunker busters and enough heavy ordinance they could have easily turn the whole facility into a pile of rumble. Either way, they're doing jack all to fix that mess currently, and if nothing is done about it that whole mess might not be the only thing that could go Critical..... If push comes to shove Team Rocket going to either have to start throwing its weight around to get the job of scrubbing that place clean done right, or pull up and move shop somewhere faaaar away from Celadon, and I can tell you right neither option will make ANYONE happy or better off than before, least of all us. Hopefully you and Mew can do what the feds can't, as otherwise I'm not seeing any endings without a whole lot of drama, death, or dramatic deaths. Take your pick, 'cause they are all equally awful!"

Huh. That explain some things. One of them is how a powerfull Nuclear Pokemon from Tandor have appear in Celadon City. And why she was so much angry about human presence. Sekmet perhaps it is a Nucmon from that factory. That might bring some advantage for us @Dragonstrike. Also what move I should teach to Sekmet hmm....Perhaps Signal Beam? Or maybe Glare for more sheganingas moves to cause nasty chaos? Or perhaps Helping Hand to help in double battles? Or burn 75 XP to teach Protobeam and cause a huge wave of chaos? Or perhaps wait a bit more to teach her Fissure Burst to cause calamity as a last resource? Decisions, decisions...
