Yup, this is definitely the final Round. Though if Durendal hopes to KO Kingdra in one move, he'll have to first survive a powerful, Rain boosted Water attack, then hit Kingdra with a move that has, at minimum, a 7 D6 damage pool before Defense is applied (though a crit would help considerably, and allow for a minimum damage pool of 5)
