Their would have been no roll if Mr. Mime and the chefs prepared it is what I'm trying to get at with that statement, mate. They would have made a Well Done L.L.L. with no hassle or risk, but I don't blame you for going the safe route. Arbok needs good luck, so that will serve him nicely regardless of how much of a boon he got!

Here's an interesting thought: Meowstic would technically fall under the gender exclusive evolution category too 
Considering Male and Female Meowstic fight very differently, I'm sure that'd be quite the wonky experience for them...
