[Meta thread] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure : Celadon City Vandels

Keep in mind that you could also cancel his Transformation after Necrozma shifts into its true form to become a Dragon with an incredible amount of nuking power.  Though DM Necrozma almost certainly has more staying power due to the more defensive typing and Ability.

Not gonna lie, that definitely has me curious...how do you buff an Ability that effectively gives you no weaknesses and ignores Mold Breaker entirely while also nerfing it?

You buff it to Upper/Top Tier Plot Device Levels of power, then They debilitate the Other Big N enough where it and the itself in general is overall much weaker. Those black stars are not just there for set dressing, you know. If it were not for Them evening the odds, the Final Battle would have been exponentially more one sided than it already is, I can tell you that much.

@Spiritmon: Gaspar would get Sunsteel Strike, Photon Geyser, Prismatic Laser, and Night Slash. Three out of the four Moves are outright Plot Devices, and their full power will only be revealed upon use. Additionally, Gaspar can't spam them, and has to use either Night Slash or Strike in between their use, as even if they perfectly copy The Other Big N, they ain't used to handling such tremendous power.

As a freebie, I'll just say that Half Life would be only effective against The Lightbringer once and only to a degree, as being a Legendary Steel and having Prism Armor would grant it heavy resistance to it and then outright immunity after its adapted. It'll also piss it off something fierce and make it hound the Sektmets in all likely hood, so use that combo with great discresion ...

Spamming Wide Guard would cover the entire party between them both, so that is rather effective strat! Keep in mind that the - 3 Dice Reduction only applies to the first attack that hits each Pokemon/Human, though, so if The Other Big N decides to focus fire on you and your mates, its only going to do so much. Still, any protection is better than nothing, so get those barriers up!!!

Lets see...Metalynx have Leaf Blade, Iron Head, Synthesis, Leech Seed, Giga Drain and Iron Tail.

Gaspar can use: Sunsteel Strike, Photon Geyser, Prismatic Laser, and Night Slash.

Baltazar and Airmid will basic spam Wide Guard to keep everyone safe and sound.

Sekmet: Radio Acid, Fire Blast, Half-Life, Bite, Leech Life, and Protobeam.

Asura: Cross Chop, Low Kick, Encore, Drain Punch, Dual Chop, Stone Edge, Pursuit, Final Gambit, Stomping Tantrum, Outraged

Zeus: Tri-Attack, Thunderbolt, Magnetic Bomb, Super Sonic, Signal Beam.

Well, I kinda very well prepared. Just need to work with that.

Also, being Legendary Steel type with Prism Armor I supose Necrozma is immune to reduce stats moves correct and Aliment Status right?

Prism Armor only reduces the power of SE damage in the games.  Plot Deviced stuff is and isn't vulnerable to statuses and stat reductions at GM discretion, however.

Your's took a long time?

Mine took all. Bloody. Day.

By paragon Arceas above and sweet merciful Giratina bellow, the sheer detailed work and constant cross referencing and updating.....

Remember when my posts didn't take a yonk's age to get done? I don't, and I miss those old times dearly.

*Sighs* ....Probably made several mistakes, despite me scouring for them all throughout writing the post, so you should check it over mate. I do my own nth check sometime the day after tomorrow. I need that break....

On the whole, the battle is going in your favor so far, despite Gaspar getting taken out. But hey, at least he spared the rest of the bunch a whole load of Pain!
