Oh, and here's a reminder for you, @Spiritmon: you get to use all 6 of your pokemon in this gym battle. I make them hard, yes, but that doesn't mean I don't give you a few advantages to compensate for that a little and make it a tad easier (such as Candice not being allowed to switch pokemon). Does that change who you want to send out against Weavile next?
Ah, I thought I could only use 4 Pokemon. In that case I have another Pokemon I want to bring.

Time to the bug princess show her style of battle! She might have some disadvantage, but she face a Rock type before and won so she is aware of type weakness.

Oh, so THAT's Kogeki's Ninjask's trick, eh? Sweet! Looks like you learned that Final Gambit is one heck of a Move well, mate! Its honestly one of my fav Moves in Pokerole because of its mechanics, with Grudge, Super Fang, Set Damage Moves, and recently Foul Play also some other Moves I like for similar reasons! After all, when you have a Move that can bypass Stats and Plot Armor (To an extent), it usually turns out to be pretty good!

Hey Dragonstrike.....I just had a funny thought about how Levels work in your campaign. You explicitly noted that:
Quote: - Every time they [A Pokemon] gain a point in an Attribute or Skill (but not Specialties), they gain levels equal to the level of the point they just gained [...]
So I was wondering....does that count with Mega Evolution? Diam DOES gain 2 Points in INS and VIT while losing 1 Point in DEX when she Mega Evolves, which if we followed the above note means that she effectively gains roughly 15 Levels when she Mega Evolves, (9 Levels each from INS/VIT being raised from 3 -> 5 and 3 Levels lost when Dex drops from 3 -> 2) which puts her at Lv 49. (and once she levels up Special, it'll be Lv 52). That means her Night Shade (which normally does rather whimpy amounts of Damage on average) actually becomes more of a legitimate threat if that Mega Boost gives her more Levels, which is a rather major buff to her average Damage and gives her a reliable attack she can depend on.
If all the above is true, then it be a really neat and quickly benefit of Mega Evolution, but that ultimately depends on your ruling of the matter.

Mega Evolution does not count mechanically for Level increases, no. The stat gain has to be permanent (and not linked to a Surprise) for the Level to increase.

Well, you certainly shot that idea down faster than a duck hunter with their choice of prey. Not too keen on liberal interps of your rules, eh? Perhaps any rules, even, unless it comes at a cost to the players in some way.
What if a Pokemon had a Surprise that treated Mega Boost Points as part of the Level calculation? Or a Surprise that made Mega Evolution permanent, and therefore make the boosts to stats it provide permanent and count towards Leveling? Call me curious or stubborn (or both), but I do think Mega Boosts having more fringe benefits than envisioned is not too bad of an idea (Especially with something so minor as Level and only 1 tiny subset of Moves barely benefiting off it), and should be explored somewhat at least. This is a Test Campaign, after all, so it be a perfect setting to see if such a choice is a balanced idea or not.

A Pokemon's Level is actually going to be rather important in my main game for reasons that have yet to be revealed. I'm afraid I need to stay rigid on the interpretation for the time being.

Oh? Well, in that case, alright then! If you're going to make Lvs more important in your own ways going forward, then that rigidity makes perfect sense! Sorry for bugging you about it in the first place, then!

Thanks! Final Gambit, when combined with Life Orb, becomes one heck of a dangerous weapon. Plus, the +2 weakness to Fighting types make Weavile vulnerable to such powerhouse move. While building my char, I try to create a team who each member could act with synergy with each other. Final Gambit it's the last resort, a all or nothing move.
Fun fact: Hime-no-Hachi in rough Japanese mean insect princess or Bee Princess. And Gama-no-senin, mean "Sage of the Toads". Hime and Gama is both the most loyal Pokemon of Kogeki along with Susano'o. But Hime was not Kogeki original Pokemon.
Time will reveal it's secrets.
I confess I complain to much about many times with many mechanics, sometimes I way to much honest to my good, and I difficult to handle sometimes.

To be clear, Final Gambit is also a Fixed Damage move, and is likewise unaffected by Type (with the sole exception of immunities) and Life Orb.
I'm honestly not a big fan of Pokerole's version of Final Gambit since it's the complete opposite of the games' version, but I will leave FG the way it is for now because it was designed with the Pokerole system in mind.
I don't want to roll huge amounts of dice, though, so expect a limit to be imposed if it's used on a pokemon with a huge amount of HP remaining.
