You can indeed Mega Evolve her without issue now.

Mega Dramsama gets +2 Special and +1 Dexterity.

Speaking of Megas, for @Lord Windos, Mega Syrentide gets +2 Insight and +1 Special.

Forgot to mentioned another thing Dragonstrike: I raising Heracross Brawl skill from 3 to 4 using 24 XP to increase Accuracy of Arm Thrust to the full precision.

Yes, that's roughly how Bad Dreams works.  It's rather similar to Nightmare.  It's also a Plot Device Ability, so I may think of some other benefits as well, though they likely won't be as strong as if Darkrai was utilizing it.

I'm currently thinking that it may allow Nami to bypass sleep immunities/resistances in some manner.

Yes, that's roughly how Bad Dreams works.  It's rather similar to Nightmare.  It's also a Plot Device Ability, so I may think of some other benefits as well, though they likely won't be as strong as if Darkrai was utilizing it.

As it's a PD Ability, they may work against Dialga.  I don't think Kogeki would know exactly how or what would happen, though.  But they're definitely Sleep based.

You don't know.  All I'll say is that PD effects have a greater effect on Legendaries than standard effects might. Similar to Iron's game, but my Legends aren't just straight up immune to everything that isn't PDed.

Regarding what Nami should hold or not, that's up to you in the end, mate. Light Clay may add a couple extra Rounds to Light Screen and Reflect and is good against both Arceas and Dialga (unless their Moves/PDs outright ignore or break them), but their Mega Form, semi-Plot Device Bad Dreams Ability and her Ghost Moves might be better suited against Dialga than Mega Daikatnua. Ultimately I'd go with the Mega Stone, as I think that would be more interesting for you and Dragonstrike to work with in the upcoming Encounters. Just don't be surprised if Sleep doesn't work well as it usually does.

Ah shit biscuits, we're fighting Primal Dialga. Something I expected, given the predominant Mystery Dungeon influence, but that does not take away how terrifying the prospect of facing such a beast is. Not at all. With our luck, it's probably a Shadow Pokemon too, to boot. If not, it's certainly still going to give us a hell of a time. Dear oh dear oh dear.

At the very least they rolled poorly on their Initiative compared to most everyone else, and that we got Giratina themselves on favor/call/whatever from Lucas to help yeet them back into sanity. Their are times were I find his epic hero status especially lovely, and this is certainly one of them! Though now I'm worried about Giratina possibly going berserk now they're directly involved in this mess, or our characters are going to get mega wammied by their POWER on accident. The fact they were unaware of this wide spanning travesty of space - time manipulation is also concerning in its own right. Just what and how the heck managed getting something like that under the Distortion Legendary's nose....?

Welp, time to brainstorm Orders for this titanic struggle for the fate of this world - and very possibly many others! Phantom, Spirit, if you have any ideas or Insights on this Fight, or any possible Character Rolls you could do that could benefit us, please share them in the Meta Thread first, as that's something I'll certainly be doing myself. This battle demands the group thinktank approach , like our other Legendary Battles in Iron's campaign, so let's put our heads together and find the most optimal way to win this!!!

Yup, Dialga's a Shadow Pokemon as well!  Just edited in Rui noticing since I forgot to initially.
