how do i get shiny jerbolta

how do you get shiny Jerbolta and other shiny pokemon. because i checked mystery gifts and there wasn't one. can someone pleas explain why. thank you

The shiny Jerbolta was a limited-time Mystery Gift; it's no longer available. But if you check around, someone MIGHT be willing to trade theirs.

Jerbolta can be caught at Route 4, you'll have to keep using the Pokéradar there, and it works with any other Pokémon that live in grass too. The event Jerbolta stopped being distributed a couple of months ago.
