Help Patcher Failing to read Server

I originally had the game working with the previous server. After the new server came up, I figured it would be a simple change to the configuration file. However, after I used the configuration file found in the Help Thread, I am still getting the message "Failed to get /Patches/patchlist.txt".  What I believe is happening is the Patcher might not be connecting to the server (This is further backed up when I ran the game and checked for updates in game. It said it was not connected to the server.)  Can anyone help me with this issue so I can get back to getting the game updated to its latest patch.

You can either wait until the server is back up and download the patch, or go download the latest installer that has been prepatched to 1.02

It's currently experiencing some issues and the devs are also planning to upgrade securities a bit, so it may take a while. But when you click that link and it connects, patcher should run normally. If not we can try troubleshooting then.
