I found out that Hagop needs Hagop of mg to learn Volt-Switch. (Hagop is a bug breed but can't learn u-turn)
Can I get a offspring of mg who has learned to do a volt-switch? (It's okay if the IV is very low)

Haha.. I hatched the eggs as soon as I got home and Hagoop was learning mud shots instead of volt-switch.
